Adrian has been fantastic from start to finish. I contacted him just before Christmas (on a Sunday) due to a rat issue that was causing a great deal of stress and despite his busy schedule he made time to come out and investigate the next day. He kept me informed of his ETA on the day (due to an early appointment taking longer than anticipated) which was greatly appreciated and when he arrived, he got to work straight away. Adrian assessed the issue and explained the situation clearly to myself and my neighbour. He talked through the options available to deal with the issue and the pros and cons of both options so we could make an informed decision on how best to proceed. Adrian also offered some valuable advice on how to try and prevent any further issues arising in the future. If you are looking for an experienced professional, who is polite, turns up when they say will, always keeps you informed and gets the job done then look no further than Adrian. I honestly cannot recommend Adrian highly enough. He was patient and empathetic in what I can only describe as an incredibly stressful situation and was always happy to talk through any concerns I had. In the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t need to call on Adrian again but I wouldn’t hesitate in doing so if needed. Thank you so much Adrian, we really appreciate all your help.

Absolutely brilliant service. My elderly father with live in carer needed urgent help as rats had got in through the drains. Communication from start to finish was outstanding, every visit was followed by a detailed report of actions taken. First class and highly recommend.

They have visited our home twice now and on both occasions have been very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They have helped us with our RAT 🐀 problem. I cannot rate this company highly enough. Adrian is an absolute star! My mum had called his company in, due to a suspect lice infestation in her home. On inspection, he found that the house was clear, but mum seems to be delusional & was insistent that she does have lice. Thankfully, Adrian has come across this type of situation before & acted professionally, avoiding possibly stressing mum further. He phoned me to advise me of the situation & let me know of his concerns. He suggested a referral to a GP. Thanks to Adrian, we have spoken to her GP & are hopefully on the way to getting some answers as to what is going on with mum. If this wasn’t enough, Adrian refused to take any payment for this visit! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. 5 stars? More like 10!!

Fantastic service, we called early morning as very worried about smell in our house. Adrian was happy to advise on the phone what we could do but we opted for his option to visit. Given the urgency he arrived within 3 hours and quickly located and removed a dead rat from the wall. He then did a thorough site survey and left non-toxic bait to ensure there are no further problems. Professional and caring service and would highly recommend.
