The specialist came to assess the problem with rats. They solved the current issue by fixing the drain pipe that was broken and putting poison for rats. Happy with the service.
Indu was superb in treating our mice issue. He was also very friendly and well informed of our to solve the issue. I was able to arrange an appointment and treat my concerns within a few days. Indu was very vigilant and I felt he went out his way to move heavy objects on his own like the washing machine etc to find any holes.
I waited 6 months to assess the situation and still have had no mice since his treatment. Would highly recommend using this service !

Pests R Us have been so helpful in the treatment of our insects in our office. Thanks especially to Indu for being so responsive and attending so quickly. We were informed the pests were dead and cleaned them up, so far the insect pests haven’t returned, which is great considering all other services we've used which never seemed to help.
