Martin was persistent to catch a mouse in my loft and rats in my neighbour's house until he had the job done. Martin also helped me to get rid of a wasps nest. In these different jobs Martin was very easy to work with, very friendly and patiënt and he kept working at the jobs till they were sorted. So a perfect service. Oh my goodness...I'm so so relieved I found this company. Not only friendly, professional, handled the work intelligently and sensitively - 'knows his onions'. Martin did the job thoroughly, went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and I feel safe in my own home again.
Martin, was amazing with dealing with our call out, he asked all the right questions before coming over to make sure he was prepared to undertake the task at hand, once Martin arrived he was respectful our home and space, he had a tough job as we had birds living in a vent in our extended roof, it was a awkward place to reach. he took his time and was able to safely clear the space and isolate it with causing harm to the birds. would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
When we had a pest problem, it was quite alarming and Martin came out quickly, found the problem and dealt with it across 4 visits. I found that period of time super stressful and Martin was kind and reassuring. I feel like the cost he charges is really reasonable for the work he does! I would recommend Martin to everyone and definitely use him again if we ever have a problem with pests. Thank you Martin
