I contacted THS Electrical to repair a light sensor and replace a LED in my cupboard. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch with the company and get a fair quote. I easily booked online and the work was done the day after. The engineer explained clearly what needed to be done, even though I’m a noob in all things electricity. They did a smooth job and cleaned after it was done 👍

We're landlords that live a fair distance away from our property and over the years, it's been hit & miss for me to find tradespeople that I've can trust on the basis of quote and work honesty, professionalism and reliability. Our positive opinion of THS Electrical Services started with being impressed with the reviews on this site, but has only been cemented through our own personal experience now. Used Watt Now to renew all of the switches in our place and install new spotlights instead of pendant lights in a few rooms, friendly and polite and it looks 1000% better now. Really helpful in explaining what I needed to look for so that I could choose the switches and spotlights myself (as I'm quite picky).

I contacted Ben for an emergency call out, as we'd lost power in our kitchen. In summary, he was fantastic. Turned up within a couple of hours, worked quickly and did a top job installing a new MCB to my fuse box. He also offered some free advice around how we'd install a boil tap in our kitchen. In summary, I'd highly recommend. I'll be contacting Ben again in future for any electrical work I need done.

Attended flat after smelling burning. Previous electrical contractor installed new consumer units and left a loose connection resulting in serious over heating and a potential fire risk. Emtech took photos replaced wiring and left everything working safely. They wore show coverings and were reassuring and helpful would highly recommend

Steve and his team carried work out on my property today. Fitting a new fuse board, multiple radiators and updating my lighting. They were fantastic in every aspect. I was able to book them in the day after completing my property purchase and they turned up on time, finishing all the work in one day. They were happy to answer any and all questions - nothing was too much. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using them again.

I’ve used PSC many times for a number of domestic and commercial electrical pieces of work (including installation of solar panels). They communicate well (from office to onsite) are always professional, prompt, experienced and lovely to have around. They are not the cheapest and wouldn't expect them to be given the high quality of service and work carried out - the cost is well earned - You get what you pay for! Highly recommend and I will continue to have them as my No 1. electrical contractors for years to come. Great service from top man “Phil”, all office staff and the team on site. Brilliant.

We had solar panels fitted by PSC electrical in September, and were really pleased with them. Phil was very prompt, communicative and professional when doing the survey and giving us a quote. Everything moved quite quickly which was a pleasant surprise as we had believed from other suppliers that there were delays in the supply chain. Tom and the installation team were polite, tidy and very professional. It took around 5 days in total (working round us being on holiday and scaffolding having to go up and come down). This was slightly longer than we initially expected but I understand our roof tiles were tricky. The team went above and beyond to make sure any chipped tiles were replaced and matched the existing ones. Central office communication was great, we were informed promptly when the installers were running late one day due to an emergency call-out, and the scaffolding was all arranged with no issues. Panels themselves have been working well since Sept, producing loads during October which was unseasonably sunny, and producing a decent amount even over winter. Would definitely recommend getting panels installed for cost and carbon reduction.

I couldn't believe how quickly this all happened. The time from my original email to all panels being installed was around 2 weeks. Phil and his team were great, and clearly take pride in the quality of their work. There was no upselling - just an honest assessment of what was needed. Communication excellent, and the system seems to be working great. Thanks all!
