We cannot speak more highly of Ben and his team - they were efficient, reliable and professional throughout. Ben is very easy to communicate with and is very patient in responding to queries. He always explains things very clearly and takes the time to check to ensure we'll be happy with the work. We're really pleased with all the work Ben and team have done for us on our renovation, both first and second fix, and have asked them to return for additional work where we've needed it. Lewis is good value and works relatively quickly. The garage board he put in does the job and the consumer unit now better protects the house. His wiring is tidy and everything looks to be terminated well. It's a shame that he was unable to entirely fix the issue with the downstairs sockets. As it stands I have had to pull the end of a TWE wire out of a socket in order to get everything to work, which is a bit scary but I'm pretty sure it isn't live. If it's putting something in for the first time or sorting a problem you already understand, Lewis is an excellent choice.

I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Lewis, who was able to identify the problem in a methodical manner. It turned out that a fox had chewed on the outdoor electric cables to the garden, causing the house to lose light, and to bring the heating to a standstill. But Lewis was able to fix it all within a speedy 45 minutes. I highly recommend this electrician.

Lewis did two jobs for me. Fixed and moved sockets in my bedroom. He did an excellent job, cleaned up, came in time and stuck to his quotes. Really pleased with his work. So a couple of months later I needed three new ceiling lights fitted and again he came on time, did good work, cleaned up and was good to his word about the quote. He did an excellent job again. Really pleased and would recommend him to friends and would use him again.

Lewis fitted a new circuit for an induction hob in our home. His communication was superb for both the quote (answering several questions that we had) and for the works. The work was completed efficiently and the cabling looks very neat. Hopefully we won't need any more electrical work for a while, but if/when we do, Lewis will be the first electrician that we call.

We first used Electric4U to install our EV charging system of which we were exceedingly happy with. We contacted E4U again regarding Solar Panel installation. The quote, recommended equipment & system was very well laid out. As soon as solar equipment was delivered directly from the supplier, the installation commenced promptly. E4U were excellent in their approach and installation of all the related equipment whilst checking and double checking the voltage readings every step of the way between the main house consumer unit to the panel and inverter. We had twelve solar panels installed on two separate roofs giving us two arrays (6 panels on each roof). I was very impressed with the service I received from Electric4U when I had my home Zappi electric car charge point installed. We have a looped supply and I had tried a few other companies who said it was too complicated to deal with the DNO to have my installation carried out.
