Last minute need for a soldering iron. Mother calls up and a very helpful 'Kevin' suggests an affordable option. Younger sister and I head into Haslemere and discover customer friendly car parking behind shop and helpful shop assistants. Personal, conscientious and specialised service provided in provision of goods. Far better than a big name chain. Haslemere is lucky to have this shop.

Had everything we needed, a desk lamp and outside lamps. Everyone was very helpful and we are very happy with our new products which were very reasonably priced. Definitely will shop here again next time we need anything electrical!

These guys are pure gold. Fixed our broken table lamp (bulb holder and in-line switch) which was part of a pair. Access to the broken bits was very difficult without special tools. Quick turn around and very reasonable cost. Lovely people to deal with.

Very helpful - went in searching for a fitting I'd seen on the internet. They didn't stock it but suggested an alternative solution for achieving the same lighting effect & it's better & worked out cheaper actually - & all I did was ask. They are very knowledgeable in there.
