We have used this business several times over the last two years. In December 2019 we called out three Electrician’s to find a fault with our circuits; Craig was the only electrician to isolate the fault and fix it, at a reasonable cost. He is efficient, arrives on time and clears up! He is professional and will give you an outline of the work needed and approximate costs before starting the job. Craig is courteous, friendly and approachable. I have recommended him to friends and family and he’s done electrical work for my elderly parents.

FaultFindElectricals really came through for us in our time of need. There was faulty old socket that left us in the dark and their electricians were prompt in their response to get to our property. Not only were they courteous and professional but they did exceptionally great work in replacing the faulty socket and restoring power. We also had a few extra jobs that were completed as well. I would thoroughly recommend their service as it is a cut above the rest and I didnt have to break the bank when I was billed for the work done.

Really great experience working with this company! They came in and wired my mancave completely from scratch. This included spotlights USB sockets fire alarms. Power points outside and inside. Outside lights and a fresh new fuse board for the building. If you want a high quality job at a fair price give them a shout.

I would 100 per cent recommend this company. Called them up yesterday as my elderly mum's electricity in her home cut out in the evening. I spoke to Mike & explained the situation. I found ABCD electrical after a quick google search since our electricity suddenly went out at 9pm. After dialling the number on their website someone picked up promptly. After explaining the situation Mike told me that I should contact the power network first before calling out an electrician and wasting my money in case it’s an external issue and if it’s not then he would be happy to help. I had called a couple others before him who were quick to give call out charge quotes so I really appreciated Mike’s honesty! He sent me the number via WhatsApp and I was able to sort it out straight away! Turns out it was external, but if I ever have any electrical issues I know who I’m calling!

Martin is very reliable,trust worthy, and he clearly takes pride in the job. Whilst he was here installing some thermostats for me, he also noticed my extractor wasn’t working properly, fixed my broken plug socket and even did some emergency plumbing which really got me out of a sticky spot just before Christmas. Martin came to repair my oven hood extractor fan which he'd did and also advised us to maintain with new filters and disks which he kindly said he would fit at no extra charge. Contacted Phil at Vital Phase regarding issues with swapping my existing light for a pendant in our new nursery after some concerns about the safety of the original way the ceiling rose had been wired. Phil was able to quickly diagnose what the issue was over email and then was able to find time to come round within the week to correct the original issue and fit the new pendant for a fair price. After having first used Vital Phase last year to fit a new electric hob and bring a dead plug point back to life I was more than happy to use them again and am very happy that I did! All in all would highly recommended.

Phil was really helpful and spent a while with us trying to work out the fault that was leading to some of our downstairs lights not working. He also identified some other issues that need fixing but did not in any way upsell us. The invoice for the work was a very reasonable amount and the quote offered for the proposed works is also really reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Jonathan from Warner Electrical Services came to my property today as I had an issue with an external socket that went bang, smoked and tripped the circuit. He was sent by my home emergency cover provider. He firstly called me to assess the issue, explained potential causes, put my mind at rest and then booked the visit in for an appropriate time. He then turned up promptly and was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He carefully worked out what the problem was and ensured that the electricals were left safe. He also gave me advice as to what follow up actions might be needed in the future. I was very happy with the service I received and have kept his details for future work.

Jonathan Warner was an extremely easy person to deal with when he visited our house to inspect the electrics just before Christmas. He has excellent knowledge about electrical circuits in the home, which he is only too happy to share. After the inspection Jonathan sent a very comprehensive report about the condition of the electrics in our house which details all the good and bad things that exist, with clear indications on priority levels when repairs are undertaken.
