First class service with expert knowledge. We had an emergency with our electricity mains supply (thought it sparked at some point and was black). Although we had never spoke with Paul before, Paul was very quick to attend, made sure it was safe and immediately arranged for the utilities company to attend within 3 hours to replace the utilities box.
