I called the guy at Home Appliances on Friday as my 2 year old Hotpoint tumble dryer wasn't heating up. He gave me some really useful tips over the phone. I ordered a new stat cut-out switch. It came the next day, I fitted it and it worked a treat . I really got the feeling that he just genuinely wanted to help, and not just rip me off like most do.
