Alan was great! He was efficient, clean and proactive. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to have around the house! He fixed two switches and installed our vintage ceiling light, all done perfectly! Will definitely use SES again.

The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. Had a leak under my kitchen sink for several days which was so frustrating but as soon as Naseem came in he knew exactly what to do and the whole process was so convenient and I was kept up to date with every step which gave me the reassurance I needed. I moved in to a house with an existing solar installation. Unfortunately, the installers had decided to focus entirely on commercial installations so were not interested in helping me to get control of the system I’d taken over. I got in touch with a number of companies looking for help. House Rescue were superb – quick replies, excellent advice and friendly service. If I needed to have a new system installed or my existing system serviced, these are the guys I’d go to.

AT Electrical was brilliant! We had just had an out house built and Aircon installed and needed to upgrade our consumer unit for a plastic unit. Ali came in found several issues with the wiring following our builders leaving and corrected the issues. He also correctly replaced several breakers and connected our outhouse consumer unit up. Some of the issues he found were dangerous and spent a good time correcting them all. We now have working AC, power in the outhouse and safe work electrics at home! I really appreciate the clean finish and quality of work.

Ali did the rewiring of my house. He is extremely good and highly skilled. Finished the whole rewiring within a week and issued all required certificates for the works done. He planned the entire wiring considering any future works on the property and is extremely professional. He delivers what he commits. His suggestions for everything were highly useful and one can sense his experience from what he talks. He is very supportive in terms different payment options and also his quotes were very genuine. Steve stayed and was able to diagnose a complex issue and get the system completely up and running again. Reasonable price and great service. 5 star.

Steve was very punctual and was able to identify and isolate the issue and was able to get 3 sockets out of 6 working. He was very professional and did not waver on the price he promised me. He was able to give his expert opinion of why the downstairs sockets ring had short-circuited (heavy rain and dampness issues probably affected a junction box) and advised us to get a rewiring done.

He explored all the options with us for the location of the external vent. Once job was agreed Ryan came on time, once again confirmed what was needed to be done and did an excellent job.
