Emma responded promptly to initial request. Max replaced broken light switch, set up two new carbon monoxide alarms, and replaced three out-of-date smoke alarms, all in one visit. As an oldie on my own, I now feel safer! Nice people, treat you as a valued client. Highly recommend.

DRS Electrical came highly recommended in the village I live from multiple sources, and it's clear to see why. Their customer service was exemplary and I truly appreciated their patience of explaining and talking through all the issues with me as a layman and little experience of electrics. The work done was great, quick, professional and the electrician they sent round (Noah) was courteous and respectful of our home. Also dealt with Sam their manager, who took the time out to talk through wider concerns we had in our home and on other issues we might have had. All in all felt that DRS went above and beyond - they're a great company and I'd highly recommend them.

Max and the team from DRS were very professional from the initial arranging the appointment to the installation work. Arranged with them to also carry out the annual servicing. Very pleased to have a great local company.

Having just downsized I was anxious for an electrician to complete several tasks at my new home. I phoned 10 from various advertised sites and only 2 answered my call; one could start in 2 months time whilst the only other one actually arrived 2 days later. He (Max) was very efficient, knowledgeable & friendly. The jobs were finished later that day with a final invoice that was most reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.
