We contacted Roger at Churchill late afternoon on New Year’s Eve when we discovered that our central heating and hot water had stopped working! Despite his best efforts, Roger was unable to get one of his electricians out to us that late in the day, but very kindly offered to talk to my husband through a process that allowed us to get the heating and hot water up and running again. He then arranged for one of his electricians to come out to us this morning(2nd). Finn was punctual, polite and extremely professional. Typically, the problem we had seemed to have resolved itself, but Finn insisted on doing a thorough check of all our electrics before leaving and also replaced a faulty dimmer switch. We were extremely impressed by the service we received from Churchill and would not hesitate to use them again. It is so refreshing these days to find a company that provides a quality service and Churchill ticks all the boxes. Thank you.

Roger responded very quickly to our cry for help. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was helpful in explaining to us what had gone wrong and how to deal with any future issues. He was upfront and transparent about his charges.

We were having a real catastrophe and Roger was able to come to the house on the same day and get our electricity back on safely.
