During his initial visit and the working days he discussed what he will do and why, presented options and made sure the outcome for each decision was understood which I appreciated. Each costing was detailed and each stage explained. He started on time and finished a day earlier than planned due to the changes we had discussed and he implemented which oversaw less destruction and simpler installation. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Anuj is friendly, professional and efficient and did a great job installing a new boiler, thermostatic valves, outside tap, new waste pipes on the exterior of my house and new pipework for a kitchen installation. Quality of the work was excellent and he followed up to check everything was working okay. Would definitely recommend him and his team!
