Excellent work and a great experience with this company. They were very busy when I contacted them, but they responded straight away and gave a realistic timeframe for the work. Really prompt communications and friendly staff. Our replacement sash fits perfectly. Ryan did a great job fitting our window, efficient with attention to detail that we appreciate.

Some of our windows were rotten through and we assumed we would need replacement. Rob was honest and advised us to go with repair, saving us a considerable amount. The repairs have been done to an excellent standard and the windows look brand new. Would use again and highly recommend.

Absolutely made up with my new windows! Robert and his team did an amazing job. I also have to echo what the other comments say, that Robert was extremely professional from the beginning when I had the initial quote done. He filled me with confidence and I knew right from then that they were the best company to go with out of the 5 other quotes I had done over the previous year. The fact that they come pre-painted with gloss was also a no brainer as it meant a big saving in costs for scaffolding and a painter/decorator.

Great value for money and communication from the beginning has been fast and efficient throughout the whole process. I have a bit of OCD when it comes to certain details and they delivered on all my requests which I'm extremely happy about. I feel that they went above and beyond what I was expecting.

What I was also impressed about was how clean they were and they actually left the room cleaner than when they arrived! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future if I ever need new windows or carpentry.

Rob and his team did a terrific job! A number of our windows weren’t even operable, and now all are fitted properly, and open and close with ease. He replaced the secondary glazing along with a windowsill we discovered had rotted. He was there to help and advise from start to finish - laying out our options, providing clear cost estimates and doing the repair work on schedule. We highly recommend Rob and his team!

We replaced the front set of windows on our Victorian terraced property with double-glazed hardwood sash windows made and fitted by Traditional Carpentry, and Robert and his team were outstanding. Rob had actually helped us repair a number of windows at the property several years ago, and did such a good job we tracked him down when we wanted to replace them.

Rob provided a detailed budget and timeframe at the outset, and kept to both, and he promised great quality and absolutely delivered. His team went above and beyond, even doing general maintenance work around the windows to sort some rot without charging.
