The KLC team were fantastic from project management up until the second fix, all very hard working and got our project done quickly with high standard finish. We wanted a timber cladding system to the external surface which turned out absolutely stunning, and we have had many compliments on the finished look. During construction, we made a few changes, including requesting a larger Velux window. Lawrence was extremely flexible and adjusted the project seamlessly. We also made slight modifications to the architectural plan once the space was open, and the structural team provided expert guidance and practical solutions. I could not recommend Lawrence and his team enough. The customer service from our first meeting to the final interaction was outstanding. As with all projects things needed tweaking at various points throughout and at no point were we made to feel rushed or anything other than important and the key decision makers. All trades who visited site were really polite and considerate with a high quality of work. We could not be more impressed with KLC and would(and already have recommend in a heartbeat). These guys and girls are real experts and were always on hand to offer advice recommendations and talk through the project. Communication was some of the best I’ve ever seen. Price was very reasonable but considering the communication and service we got felt like a really good deal.
