Olly and the team carried out a loft conversion for me a few weeks ago. From the initial consultation to the structural drawing and planning permission. The team worked tirelessly to complete the project well within the expected timeframe. The finished product was to a very high standard. No complaints at all, would highly recommend.

We were looking to extended the kitchen, incorporating the space where our old fashion conservatory was. Ollie was able to put me in touch with a gentleman with years of experience who drew up plans for a flat roof modern Orangery/Garden room. OB builders spent the time going through exactly what I wanted and the quote was using the best materials for all elements of the build. The quote itself was competitive and the quality of the workmanship, second to none!

Ollie and his team have worked on two projects for us. Insulating and updating a dormer roof and replacing an old patio. On both occasions they have done a great job - the work has been done to a high standard and looks great. Ollie gave great advice on materials and design. The team were excellent to work with - kept the area tidy and disruption to a minimum. I would absolutely recommend.

Absolute dream team. We had our extension built this autumn and From our initial meeting, through to changes we wanted to make and help we needed with ideas- Ollie listened to us and supported us every step. Ben and Craig undertook the development work of converting two of our farm buildings into a shop and butchery and installed a new toilet and shower block for our campsite. This was a large development project; 4 months in duration, with ambitious deadlines. With our limited knowledge and experience of undertaking such a project, Ben and Craig were integral to the planning process and ensuring that our ideas translated into something that would work in practice. Ben and Craig dealt with all of the challenges of our old buildings without fuss or difficulty. In fact there was a plentiful supply of constructive ideas to deal with any issues arising, cost effectiveness and future proofing the development. At every stage of our project Ben and Craig’s communication was timely and showed consideration for pressures on our own time. They took on most of the liaising with the building control inspector and were proactive in working with the company that undertook the ground works. Something that was of great value to us was the planning and consideration shown by Ben and Craig to allow us to continue to run our business at our busiest time of year: as well as working around other activities that were happening on the farm. The work that Ben and Craig have done is a key part of the future success of our business and so far our customer feedback has been excellent. We cannot recommend them highly enough; yes they are busy, but they go out of their way to ensure an all round top class job; before, during and after the project.

Ben and Craig totally transformed our house. They worked on two big projects for us, firstly moving walls and installing a family bathroom, and secondly knocking through walls and creating a new kitchen/diner and shower room. We completely love the results and it's made such a difference to our experience of being at home. They kept us updated at every step, worked with our budget and delivered craftsmanship to the highest standard. Every single tradesperson that they involved in the work was fantastic. The project management was flawless with people and materials all appearing at exactly the right time. I cannot recommend them highly enough :)

Outside the house, Rafal made and installed 2 doors with framework. The doors and frameworks are sturdy, secure and fit well. Rafal is pleasant and friendly and cleared up well afterwards. His standard of work is high and we would be pleased to use him again.
