Fantastic garage, friendly staff, communicate well and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Was told by a specialist garage my TT WOULD COST £2k to get through the MOT, took it to MSC and £600 later we were up and running. Monday I called to book in my Touareg they said to bring it in straight away, in less than 6.5hours the car was tested, work done and retested. Another very reasonable bill. Huge thank you to the whole team there.

What an absolutely fantastic bunch of guys. My XK Convertible suffered coolant loss and a chronic misfire. After poor service from the garage where I bought the car it went to Barny Jones and they diagnosed a dropped valve seat and leaking radiator. Chris Boardman, Barny and the workshop guys have been superb - no nonsense diagnosis, great comms and a fair price - I now have my car back and its faultless. Proper garage, proper service. Really good people. Booked a service for my F-type, got a detailed estimate within 30 mins and the work was carried out exactly to the estimate and the time indicated. Following the service I noticed a rustling sound when at speed and took the car back for this to be investigated. As is typical with these things, the noise had disappeared when I took a technician out in the car. Regardless of this he inspected the air filter/fan and vacuumed the air feed ducting. The noise has definitely gone. Good luck getting service like this from a main dealer!

I booked for new front brake pads as they are listed on the RAC app. I called before booking to ask if I could wait while the work was being done as public transport is poor and was told that’s ok. I arrived at 08.25 and was greeted, they immediately took my keys and car and all done half an hour later. Very helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely bring my car again.

So I’ve used these guys several times now and I’m always amazed by them. I have no affiliation to Top Autos just so you know and I would honestly send anyone to them. Tony is an absolute gentleman, they are reliable, thorough and most importantly HONEST. There are some absolute crooks locally and finding these guys has been a god send. Quoted £99 just for a diagnostic check then parts and labourat Halfords went to Top Auto Aldershot instead Top service and only charged £36 would highly recommend and will use again

Brilliant customer service. This garage is a rare find - honest people! It was recommended by a few people on a Facebook group so after reading the reviews, I decided it was worth a try. I’m so pleased to have found a trustworthy garage, who also don’t treat me like just some stupid female who knows nothing! The lady on reception is so helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The expertise from the mechanics is also excellent. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now.

Been using the services of AutoDan for all our servicing and MOT work on all our cars and works vehicles for more years than I can actually remember, they even take on most of the repair work on my American cars I have owned over the last 12 or 14 years, even on this beast which is a definite challenge to work on. But would not trust many garages with it

Needed my rear discs and pads replaced on my Jeep Renegade. I supplied the parts and they charged me to fit. Pleasant staff and honest , not the cheapest but cheaper than a main dealer. Would use again and would recommend.

Fantastic service on my Mercedes, dropped off yesterday due to warning lights on dash, expected it to be looked at today due to how busy they were but managed to fit it in yesterday and ordered part, all repaired and collected today. TPS come highly recommended, its a family run business in a big converted barn fitted with all the modern equipment. My Jetta needed some new front brakes and TPW procured and fitted them in no time at all, Brembo brakes and pads has reduced the braking distance significantly. In all fairness I did not feedback at the time due to time constraints but anticipate I could have got the same understanding had I done star. Following my concerns on the diagnostic Barry went above and beyond, after investigating fully acknowledged my concerns, offered a full refund of the diagnostic and also offered to personally oversee the diagnostic complimentary. The importance of customer view really showed without any expectation and this speaks volumes to me so I chose to review. Barry had so far spent 2hours on the car and is committed to finding my issue which is really appreciated. Polite, welcoming and very honest approach. We have used BTE since moving to Bordon in 2023. They provide a really great service. I had an issue with my headlight alignment which the garage I bought my car from had not fixed properly. I brought my car to BTE for something else, and the mechanic at BTE spotted the problem and fixed it for free! My headlights have been fine since. They are a great team 😊
