The absolute best service Ive ever ever received , quick turnaround when I’m in need of my car, even towed it in when it finally gave up trying to get it to them, good price worth every penny to get the job done

Amazing service. Quoted £1700 at a 'well known' garage and told I would have to wait for three days whilst they investigated other 'issues' with my car! Phoned Richard, he had it in within the hour and did everything needed for a grand less and the car was ready the next day. Would highly recommend!

I cannot speak too highly of my experience with Peter and Jen at Charlwood. Everything you would wish for in a supportive business partner, helpful, friendly, immensely knowledgeable (can't be overstated) and as cooperative as you could wish for to get the best outcome. My car had been flooded and they absolutely nailed it, in checking and sorting every aspect of the problem, and now its as good as new. A great job! I'll be going back. Thanks guys
