Bellfields is owner managed and it shows. They help their customers, no wonder they are popular. Honest, reliable and always a pleasure to do business with. Three days ago I went down to my allotment in Guildford as usual but when the time came to return home, I discovered that my offside rear tyre was flat. I’m in my 80’s and I can’t change a wheel like I used to, so I phoned the AA only to be told that unless you are stranded on a motorway or busy A road, there is no chance of being attended to for at least 2 hours. I rang Bellfields Autos and immediately I had a sympathetic ear from the reception team and within 15 minutes, an extremely helpful and courteous young mechanic had found me, and then proceeded to replace the faulty wheel with the spare so that I could get home. The following day, they informed me that the new tyre had been fitted and the spare could be replaced in the boot. Brilliant service all round! Their prices are very competitive as a bonus! Mr. J. I have always had a great experience with Bellfields. They don't try to upsell or find unnecessary things to charge you for, so absolutely trustworthy. I first became a customer because I went to them to replace a fused bulb. The chap at reception replaced and fitted it for me, with no charge. I was sold and became a regular customer. Excellent customer service, quality and friendly staff. Never had any complains. If you need a trustworthy garage around Guildford - this is it.

We were very pleased and impressed with the swift and friendly service we received at our recent MOT at Bellfields this week. Despite failing the MOT, the whole process was handled so efficiently and with great customer service and was a good experience. Ian, our technician, showed us exactly what the problem was in the shop (and how dangerous a worn wheel bearing was - we were lucky not to have had an accident on a recent trip to Dorset) and they were swift to fix it in just under 2 days. This enabled me to drive my family into London yesterday for my birthday with confidence that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and fixed by experts - who even wished me a happy birthday as well at pick up!
