I’ve used this company for over 6 years. First with a Nissan Note and most recently with a Land Rover Discovery Sport. I always feel like I have a better experience here than whenever I have gone direct with the Manufacturer. They’re always so friendly, always do a great job and always go the extra mile to be helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service given by the guys at Sandy Lane/MD Racing. I got a rear puncture on my motorbike at 1730 on Walton Bridge & desperately phoned around however everywhere, including Sandy Lane, had shut at 1700. No way of getting home. By chance I found a mobile number for MD Racing & they offered to stay late so I could at least get the bike to them for it to be fixed the next day. When I arrived I was greeted with smiles & welcomes & they wheeled the bike straight in for secure storage over night. Incredibly they offered to repair the punctures (turns out there was two) there & then. I was given tea/coffee whilst I waited although there was barely time - 20 mins for the wheel to come off, repair 2 punctures & get me back on the road. One of the gentlemen even stopped to check everything was okay when he saw me pulled over on the side of the road making a phone call before heading home. Exceptional service, truly above & beyond. Very grateful for such a great experience for what could have been a really arduous evening. Thank you.

What a first class service we received. Needed to buy a car quickly because our severely disabled daughters health was declining. Within a few hours, the car we had negotiated a very good price on was serviced, taxed and mot'ed ready to drive away. Lucky really as our daughter Marlowe went into hospital just days later. This is a proper old school garage with helpful friendly expert service. They got me out of a proper pickle without a fuss, I could not recommend them enough.

Last Tuesday my partner and I were driving convoy to move up to middle-borough from Carshalton , cars packed ready for a 6 hour drive. Then his engine starts overheating power going down. So we pulled in here sorta begging for help. A diagnostic, advice. But they helped so much, found 2 problems, got the parts and the car was fixed in a little under 2 hours. We’re honestly so thankful, everyone there was so helpful and lovely. Highly recommend :)

Had a last minute issue with my tyres which ended up needing replacing as they had begun to warp (very old tyres). I called them up, despite being busy, they very kindly inspected and showed me the issue, and ordered me new tyres for the same day as I needed the car the following day. On our way to a stag do in Liverpool (with the stag in the car). Sprung a bad puncture but managed to get the car here. These gents helped us out massively and although they didn’t have the tyre for our car they helped us find a local garage that did and patched us up to get the car there. Service was awesome.

Absolute life saver!!! Travelling back from isle of wight to Nottingham via Chessington theme park. Belt driving alternator snapped 30 minutes from chessington late on Friday afternoon. Was able to drop car off and work was completed Saturday mid afternoon. Very happy and saved a lot of stress with family at the end of our holiday.

What an amazing and brilliant services revived by all the employees. Couple of weeks ago I went in for a MOT service and had an immaculate experience. I received an amazing customer service from the reception staff. After the service I felt a change in my drive which felt very smooth and relaxed. All of them are professionally qualified.
