The team are amazing and it is so reassuring to know that your car is going to get a thorough check over whilst under their care. Everyone was so professional but also laid back and I was kept updated with the progress of the work being carried out on my car. And, thank you also for showing me around your workshop. You are fantastic independent Porsche specialists who really care about your customers and their cars. Thank you all so much and I will definitely return when my car’s next service is due. I felt that my car was in safe hands and you made me feel like a valued customer.

So I Recently bought a 911 through Cridfords. The advert online was very accurate and the car looked immaculate when I arrived to see it! Despite being at the back of the show room Michael was happy to move almost every car around so I could take it for a test drive. The test drive was great and allowed me to see what the car had to offer. Not a quick blast down a dual carriageway like some dealerships but a nice twisty country road. Already I was sold on the car, it looked great, handled great, the only thing was to sort out finance and my part exchange. They put me in contact with a finance company who were also great. And then same day they put my car on a ramp, inspected it and gave me an offer there and then. I would have liked a little more but it was fair, hassle free and wasn’t too far from what I was expecting. A couple weeks later I collected the car which was all shiny and prepped for my arrival. I am sorry to say that unfortunately on the way home there was a small issue with the car (which couldn’t have been foreseen) however the way Cridfords handled it was exemplary. I contacted them after hours on a weekend and had an immediate response. The car was collected from my home the same day and returned to me on Monday with the problem rectified. In reality anyone could have sold me this car, it kind of sells itself and I mean no disrespect when saying this because everyone at Cridfords was great but the level of service after the sale is what really left an impression on me. I have bought quite a few Porsches now, not to mention other sports cars and Cridfords have outdone them all. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Cridfords. Purchased a 911 eight months ago and was really happy with thoroughness of the process and how well I was looked after. The car has been flawless over 10k + miles (inc track days). I have recently been particularly impressed with the service team. No one enjoys the prospect of the service light coming on in a Porsche, but both the car and myself were looked after so well by Will and Joe that it has given me huge amounts of confidence in the car and the knowledge that I will be well looked after if anything does need attention.

I recently bought my first Porsche, Generation 2 Cayman. Ran into a few hick ups (coolant system and engine problems) which I bought to Cridfords and I could not rate them more highly. The service is amazing, they resolved all the issues swiftly and super friendly! Thank you!
