Where can I start Originally after my TwinTop began having a roof and boot issues I took it to my mechanic who in themselves are excellent and cannot fault whatsoever But convertibles and their mechanics/ electronics are altogether a different ball game. Issue not resolved so I looked into a more specialist in this field and quite quickly discovered Cayman auto services after reading their website and reviews I called and had a honest enjoyable conversation which resulted in booking my car in On the day my car was looked at and diagnosed as described and a fix it solution and costs printed was talked through for me to decide whether or not I wanted to go ahead with it all (No pressure) I decided to go ahead with the repair and also a 50% discounted system service full check over etc The results were once again my cars roof and boot are fully function and a great weight of my mind Roll on sunny days I cannot recommend this company enough and thanks to Dan the fixer magician - Nikki upstairs and not forgetting Pauls excellent customer service front of house Thank you all 😎 * 16/04/24 * Today I returned too cayman for them to discover my intermediate roof issues In less tan 4 hours they had fully discovered and resolved its issues as well as a roof service carried out I cannot recommend these people enough If you have roof issues or water ingress inc window problems call this company or are due a service Thanks to technician Karol for your skills 👏🏻👏🏻 All the team are so friendly and helpful Thank you all ✔️💯✔️ Different car same outcome fault resolved fast. Recently took my 2005 BMW 330CI into Cayman Autos to help diagnose a problem bit moisture build up and the roof mechanism not working. The team had to keep my car for a number of days but kept me updated daily on the progress of the diagnosis, and the diagnosis fee was kept at the same figure despite the much longer period required to fully diagnose the issues. Once I was quoted, the work was carried out in exactly the time frame they told me, and gave a full run down on the causes and what to do to help prevent the issues arising again. All in all, great service from the team, thank you!

Had exceptional service from Jenny & the team at Cayman. I had a fault with my Mercedes E Cab roof. I initially contacted Mercedes who quoted an extraordinary amount. I then contacted several other garages but most didn't have the expertise to assist. From the first conversations with Cayman, their expertise and warmth shone through. They understood the exact issue and offered me immediate appointments. When I attended they quickly diagnosed the issues and offered me solutions that were cheaper than I expected - which is a first! The repair was carried out same day & the car works perfectly. Extremely grateful and impressed. I'd highly recommend them for any roof repair!

What a fantastic company this is . From the moment you make the booking you get the feeling that somebody really cares about your car like you do. The hospitality at the workshop was great , everybody knew what was happening and what i expected. The repair was done within the time agreed and i was kept updated on progress. When the work was completed i was given a handover from the workshop engineer and everything was explained very well and all questions answered. I am now looking forward to more dry miles in my VW EOS and am confident that they have cracked the problem of the leaky roof. Thank you Cayman Auto services
