Really efficient, informative, friendly service. I had a weird sound coming from the front axle area of my car, which was hard to describe. They sent a technician with me on a drive to see if he could hear it. We managed to replicate the sound and they told me same day that they could fix it, which was also very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend Field’s highly enough. They replaced a clutch on my car and did some other work last week and were friendly, knowledgeable and called me up during the day to discuss some potential things they found and gave me clear guidance and their opinion. They updated me during the day and when I collected it the next day, they had cleaned it! I felt they were good value for money and I would recommend and will use again

I had an issue with an alloy wheel on my Accord deteriorating and do letting air escape at the rim. On Christmas eve Adam fitted the car in and repaired the seal on the tyre rim explaining that all the wheels were old and the problem could recur. I asked about a solution and Adam suggested wheel refurbishment. True to his word, Adam took the car in the new year, took the tyres and wheels off and stored the car undercover on the garage whilst the wherls were stripped, repaired and repainted. The wheels came back as new, and the tyres were refitted professionally and on time. The car looks like new again. I am very pleased and would recommend Adam's great customer service. Nick Williams

Awesome summer prep for a large 5L V10 engine! Adam and Mark overhauled all of the many radiators ahead of summer to ensure no overheating issues. The main radiator was filthy which is to be expected. I don’t know why radiator cleaning is not a standard service item?? Also noticed thermostat was stuck open so was replaced and the coolant sensor had broken. Finished off with an engine bay clean, the S85 looks awesome. Thanks as always guys 👍🏼

I had an issue with my fobs not working on my BMW which was diagnosed very quickly. They gave me a detailed account over the phone and I was very grateful for their advice. Had an emergency stop three weeks ago. Car was overheating and I drove it off the road and into the small cul-de-sac. As luck would have it, Adam, who I have never met before, was enjoying his Saturday afternoon with the family nearby. Man said “it’s your lucky day,” and he did not lie. He took the trouble of looking into it, diagnosed within minutes, advised what the issue was, I left him the keys then and there and he drove the car to “Fares and Repairs” Monday morning himself and took care of everything within a day. He was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and honest.

I would highly recommend this garage. Adam took the time to diagnose the problem with my gearbox without needing to fully recondition it. BMW dealership only offered a complete replacement and were so unhelpful. I really appreciate his team's help collecting my car and fixing it at a reasonable cost. I will definitely take my BMW back for service and any problems in future. A joy to find such excellent customer service and knowledge. Thank you.

Very quick and helpful. I was in a bind with a problematic tyre and had been messed around by another local tyre specialist. MCP were recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. They looked at immediately, diagnosed a faulty valve, had it replaced in ~30 mins and I was on my way and my wallet was hardly any lighter.

Reece really helped me out at very short notice. Had the car booked in the very same day I called up and he managed to get all the repair works done, even repeated the MOT for me so I didn’t have to come back another day. Much appreciated

Friendly and very professional service. Car went into temperamental phase 4 days before needing to drive to and park at Gatwick for a much needed holiday. Thought we were going to have to drive their with the stress that we might not make it. Couldn’t find any garage that had space to fit us in. Just happened to notice Wcarey and called in on the off chance and they kindly agreed to fit us in to their busy schedule and get the important bits sorted which they did in time to deliver the car back to us within 3 days. Most pleasing that they went above and beyond our expectations.

Dropped her off the day before scheduled, minutes past 9am the next day, CJ called with a full run down with what required replacement, whilst also suggesting some of the work I thought was necessary, in fact wasn’t, saved me some money. After being let down by Richmond dealerships, this dealership was closer to my home, does great coffee, great customer service and did my service while I waited. Can’t fault them really. From when I arrived to when I got the car back all good. Even the service wash showed the car had actually been washed unlike previous experiences. Will definitely book again

Super helpful and knowledgeable, probably saved some lives today. 🙈 After a track day yesterday my car was making a strange rubbing noise that i couldn't quite identify. When it became concerning on my way to work I decided to stop at the nearest garage which happened to be Byfleet Autocare. Despite being fully stacked with work and visibly very busy they were extremely helpful, investigated the issue which turned out to be wheel bolts having come loose and they put it right very quickly.
