My car needed a service and mot, so I shopped around and visited a few different garages in the area. When I went to Westcott garage and met Michael, I instantly knew I would be taking it here. Michael is a lovely guy, and I got the feeling straight away that he was a genuine chap. My intuition was correct. He did the service and mot on my car, keeping me up to date all along with what was going on and what needed doing, trying to keep the cost down for me as well, with it being Christmas and all. Super pleased with Station View today, had an urgent one with coolant leaking...they squeezed me in, did a very thorough job (as always) and communication was 1st rate. Have experienced a few garages in dorking over the years and I now stick with station view, don't bother looking anywhere else.

Excellent service from start to finish. All communication with the other driver's insurance company was done by Finesse. We were kept fully informed of the status of the repair after they came out to assess the damage, this was offered immediately when we explained it would be difficult to get to Dorking, they also collected the car once they had the parts. The repair tracking system was straightforward and easy to use and repair was finished quicker than advised. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely recommend you use them.

We recently had our BMW 330 clubsport repaired by Finesse after it was hit by a van. We were impressed from the start, our main contact was Stuart and he was incredibly helpful and dealt with the insurance company on our behalf (I’ve been driving for over 20 years and have never been in an accident before so I was grateful for that!) He kept us updated throughout the process and they got it fixed in the exact timescale they said it would be. All the staff we spoke to or came in contact with were incredibly helpful, polite and professional. The repair itself, we are blown away! I’ve owned the car for 20 years (it’s 21 years old) and it didn’t look this good when it came off the main dealer forecourt. The colour match is perfect and you can’t tell there was any damage there to begin with. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Finesse to anyone.

I had an issue with my ABS so called Dorking Kwik Fit and they advised me on how to safely get to the centre, once we arrived we were welcomed very warmly and experienced A* service. It really seems like they take care of their customers here. My issue was sorted within record time. Would highly recommend.

Have always been a little wary of garages but the team at Taylor’s we’re fantastic , servicing my sons car and doing his MOT. They gave me great advice and recommendations for the future but there were no ‘surprise’ costs or repairs needed, when I received my call saying it had passed its MOT and was ready to collect.
