Grant at GLM is not only friendly and welcoming, but also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes. I took a car to him with what looked to be a big expensive fix only to receive a phone call saying it was all fixed for under half the initial cost. Grant takes his time to properly diagnose the issues and doesn’t jump to any quick answers. A proper mechanic. Brilliant communication and honest conversations. I had an amazing experience with my BMW M4 at Grant’s shop. He’s an incredible mechanic who always goes the extra mile. He did an oil change, but he also topped up all my fluids and gave my car a thorough health check. He didn’t hesitate to do anything he thought was best for my car.
