Just received excellent customer service from Willow Motor works. Have used them in the past and they have always been trustworthy and reliable. Recently had an issue with my car shuddering, and they were able to diagnose the problem on the same day, and then fix the issue the following day. I've used a number of other garages previously, but always end up coming back to WMW. They clearly know their stuff and are really good at explaining in detail what your car needs, and you never feel pressured to get unnecessary work done. They are very good at putting your mind at ease and I feel that my car is safe in their hands. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Chris and team.

Trustworthy, capable and reliable. Great for service, MOT and general repairs. They will tell you if something is outside their capabilities (e.g. specialist tools for some cars or specialist electricals). Also appreciate that they give you a call to let you know the cost of parts etc to make sure you are ok with the costs. Had a lot of bad experiences with other mechanics previously, Willow have really taken the stress out of maintaining my car. After several years of using Willow, I know I can trust them.

We have used Willows Motor works for approx 18 years now. Three cars. Always very professional and at reasonable price. Chris is always very accommodating, even at short notice when you need that quick response. A garage you can rely on!

Really happy with the service. I dropped off my car for a diagnostic check because the engine light was on & the car had failed its MOT. Just 3 days later the car was ready to pick up, with the work and MOT complete! Communication was excellent and very efficient; I was kept up to date regularly by phone. The whole process was smooth and efficient, in fact my car was ready to collect a lot sooner than I expected. All in all, really happy and will definitely bring my car back + recommend to others. I dealt mainly with Chris who was fantastic. Thank you for the excellent service.
