I recently visited K&S Garage in Mitcham, and I cannot recommend them enough! The owner, Kareem, and his team went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I had ordered brake discs and pads from Eurocarparts and sent them to the garage for replacement. Unfortunately, the parts delivered were the wrong size. Instead of turning me away or charging extra, Kareem and his team spent 3 hours trying to source the correct parts, even reaching out to another dealer to ensure everything was sorted. They asked me to return the next day once the correct parts were in, and true to their word, they completed the job in just 1 hour without charging me a penny extra for their time or effort. The level of professionalism, honesty, and dedication shown by K&S Garage is truly rare. They are lovely people who genuinely care about their customers. Can I just say Kareem and Chaz and the guys are very professional and informative about everything they were doing with my car went for a Haldex pump replacement but they done a diagnostic test prior to see if that was the fault as they didn’t want me to be spending money on something that didn’t need doing very honest trustworthy garage I would definitely recommend them! Jason and Kareem gave me an appointment, were ready to see me at the allotted time, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and then fixed the problem, and charged me a very reasonable cost. I don’t know much about cars and really felt I could trust and rely on this team. Highly recommend.

Got the front disc brake and pads changed. Karim and his staff is great and went out of their way to help and advise when eurocarparts delivered the wrong discs for my car. Would definitely be my go to garage for any maintenance from now on.
