After seeing a Honda HR-V we were looking for at this dealership, Initial phone call chat with Lorraine was sufficient for me to put down £99 fully refundable deposit to travel to Bansted on a Saturday to view and test drive the car. The staff were all very friendly, polite and answered all our questions. After viewing the car and taking it on a test drive, we agreed a date for me to pick it up. Lorraine Rob and Derrin were excellent throughout our purchase. Friendly office with no hard sell made. Reassured us that you only buy the car if you are happy and like the car. My decision to buy after viewing and discussions with my accompanying parents was made very easy. Lorraine made the whole experience a joy and she went over and beyond to explain everything very clearly. I wanted a reversing camera fitted on the screen and she actually arranged with her contact Sam ( their garage associate ) to supply and fit the camera at our agreed and very competitive price. This was an additional feature I wanted in my car. Last year I had a terrible experience of purchasing a SUV from a garage in Wigan - car was sold to me with pre-existing faults, so I was very apprehensive that this time around. I ensured I dealt with a garage who were reliable, honest, friendly, and trustworthy. Let me say that this time around, I had the most superb buying experience from initial enquiry through to collection, and to add that other garages and dealerships could learn a few lessons from this company. All staff are exceeding knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and I am happy to have chosen DC Automobiles. The car was given a fresh MOT and had a oil change service with new front pads fitted. There was no pressure at any stage, super communication and very thorough paperwork. The car was very competitively priced, superbly presented (their valeter deserve a special mention) for the manner in which the car was presented. Absolutely faultless, Thank you very much. We will be back for our next car! There were other repeat customers there buying too and I am sure I will be a repeat customer in the future. Car bought; BMW 640D 2016. I’d been looking for a couple of months researching this car when I saw the ad for DC, I called and spoke to the brilliant Lorraine and secured the car for £99. On the day of viewing I was collected from the train station and drove the car back giving it a decent test drive. The buying process was smooth and very friendly, a superb quality car, exactly as described After a week of sub zero temperatures I noticed a ‘knock’ from underneath when the car started but this went once the car was warm. Luckily I have a BMW trained mechanic who said what the problem most likely was, I contacted Lorraine who immediately said “get it fixed and we’ll reimburse you” none of the annoying “we will want it assessed by one of our mechanics” it turned out the undertray was missing a few screws and not the bushings as first thought so, was as good as they claimed mechanically but were also willing to pay without quibble. Would 100% recommend this dealer and will be returning when my wife needs a replacement car. Excellent 👍🏻

Excellent service! I bought my used Kia from here and it's brilliant! The staff were extremely helpful with all of my questions. They allowed me to reserve the purchase with a deposit too. They have a test drive road that's about 3 miles away that was handy to make sure the car had everything they advertised. Only complaint is that they don't offer car delivery and drop-off, so I had to drive the car back after purchasing.
