As soon as we arrived at Albury Cars I could tell straight away that it was a place I could trust. Apart from the car sales side, they do servicing, repairs, etc and the whole feel is one of quality and customer service. We bought a Fiat 500 several months ago now and it’s proved to be a great car! John couldn’t have been more helpful and really did go above and beyond. Albury are a rare find.

I have had a great experience buying a car with John at Albury back in June. I did have a tricky recurring issue with my car that couldn’t have been foreseen in the garage pre-sale. However, the first fix was covered by the free warranty that came with the car and the second time I took it in for the final fix, John paid out of pocket to fix it so my paid-for warranty wasn’t affected. Other than that, the car is perfect! Things do often go wrong with cars so I’m glad I bought local and from a good garage. Would definitely recommend!

Three days ago I went down to my allotment in Guildford as usual but when the time came to return home, I discovered that my offside rear tyre was flat. I’m in my 80’s and I can’t change a wheel like I used to, so I phoned the AA only to be told that unless you are stranded on a motorway or busy A road, there is no chance of being attended to for at least 2 hours. I rang Bellfields Autos and immediately I had a sympathetic ear from the reception team and within 15 minutes, an extremely helpful and courteous young mechanic had found me, and then proceeded to replace the faulty wheel with the spare so that I could get home. The following day, they informed me that the new tyre had been fitted and the spare could be replaced in the boot. Brilliant service all round! Their prices are very competitive as a bonus! Mr. J. We were very pleased and impressed with the swift and friendly service we received at our recent MOT at Bellfields this week. Despite failing the MOT, the whole process was handled so efficiently and with great customer service and was a good experience. Ian, our technician, showed us exactly what the problem was in the shop (and how dangerous a worn wheel bearing was - we were lucky not to have had an accident on a recent trip to Dorset) and they were swift to fix it in just under 2 days. This enabled me to drive my family into London yesterday for my birthday with confidence that the vehicle had been thoroughly checked and fixed by experts - who even wished me a happy birthday as well at pick up! I will definitely be returning to Bellfields and highly recommend it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

As a family, we have used Banstead Road Garage for over 25 years for our numerous cars! The staff are always very approachable and very knowledgeable. Last week we had a problem with one of our cars which needed to be seen to as a matter of urgency. Natalie, at the front desk, advised us to take the car to the garage and both Sam and Mateus sorted the problem out for us there and then. I understand that Mateus has recently joined the staff and what an asset he is! Thank you to Dave and Andy for running such an amazing business which I always recommend to my friends.

I'm so grateful that we've got this garage locally. I've used them for the last nearly nine years and they've always been great at working out the problem and dealing with it efficiently. Really importantly I trust them to be honest about the problems and their charges are really fair. On more than one occasion they haven't charged or have charged a minimum for a minor issue. You don't feel as if they are trying just to make as much money as possible from their customers - but that they are looking after their customers. The communication is really good and I can't speak highly enough of them.

We've taken our cars to this garage since we moved to the area about 8 years ago and they are always excellent. Honest, friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Today they helped me out of a jam as I desperately needed a small fix before a long journey. They squeezed the job in at 5 minutes notice and wouldn't even take my money. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this garage enough. Twice now I have called them, they've fitted me in on the day and sorted my problem. First time a tray was hanging loose under my car and the second time I needed a bulb replaced. They are friendly, tell you costs up front and get the job done quickly- best garage in Woking.

Highly recommend! First time I went was for a service but I’d had trouble with the brake pedal sticking so asked them to check it. Turned out a spring (I think) was trapped - they took the pedal apart and fixed it but only charged me for the service. Second time I had a warning light for coolant come on. Checked it a few days later and the tank looked empty so took it in to have the coolant changed. Rang me an hour later to tell me it didn’t actually need doing and didn’t charge me a penny for checking it out - they could’ve just done it and I’d of been none the wiser. My partner also had a warning light for her brake pads so took it in - checked it and said that the pads had another 4 months on and MOT was due in 3 so bring it in then and they’ll sort it. These guys are friendly, honest and their prices are very reasonable - what more could you want?!

Excellent honest staff. I booked my car in for an interim service and to locate a rattle underneath the car. They rang me a short while later and told me that a service wasn’t needed as my mileage was so low since the last one. I would have been none the wiser if they had done the service anyway. They fixed the rattle too and it feels like I’m driving a different car. This is the third time I have used this garage and I shall continue to do so. The staff are very pleasant and friendly too and nothing seems too much for them. UPDATE 17.5.23. I took my car in for them to locate a loud squeaking noise coming from the rear off side wheel. Customer care given by Owen was excellent, and he did everything he could to locate the mysterious loud squeaking. It was not possible to find out exactly what it was, but Owen still greased up various parts around the wheel and suspension free of charge and now the squeaking has almost disappeared. Thank you Owen for all you’ve done. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. 👍😁

I've used the Horsell branch for my last 3 MOTs/servicing and the service has always been great. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and helpful staff, whilst also being fairly priced. I accidentally booked my car in the Old Woking branch by mistake, and they still managed to fit me in at Horsell without any problems.
