Superb service - took my car in for a suspected wheel bearing change but it wasn't yet gone enough to accurately diagnose, so rather than take a guess which wheel at my expense they sent me on my way to bring back in once it had got a bit louder. Took it back in a couple of weeks later and they replaced the right wheel bearing which fixed it. My go to mechanics now.

Steve service centre is the best, they fixed my Volvo car at best price. I visited many mechanics but they couldn’t find the fault in my car but Steve checked it and fix it in 2 days. My car had mounts issue, now it is running smoothly. Highly recommend

Steve's Service Centre is a busy place. But, once you're booked for a service or whatever you need, they will focus and work on your vehicles right away. I was in and out for less than an hour for a pink slip. Recommend going there for a quick service.

Realised I needed a pink slip the day my rego was due and Steve was very accommodating in fitting us in. Our first time using Steve and we were very impressed with his set-up, parking and the friendliness of staff. We will he back and definitely recommend him.

I called up wheelbase and their service from start to finish was brilliant. Unlike the main dealer I had called they did the diagnostic for free and were then able to get the part and fit it in the same day. It all end up costing less than I’d be quoted just for the diagnostic elsewhere and took an hour - rather than the 2-3 days the main dealer suggested. While I was there an older lady came in with a tire problem. The team were so lovely in looking after her and came up with a really nice solution.

Have been servicing my car (Audi - A4 and now a Q5) here for about 14 years. Initially looked after by Keith and now Andy and Richard. Have always felt like I’ve been treated fairly and transparently which I have only once ever felt when using Audi associated garages. They really do try to go the extra mile for their customers.

I have had a great experience buying a car with John at Albury back in June. I did have a tricky recurring issue with my car that couldn’t have been foreseen in the garage pre-sale. However, the first fix was covered by the free warranty that came with the car and the second time I took it in for the final fix, John paid out of pocket to fix it so my paid-for warranty wasn’t affected. Other than that, the car is perfect! Things do often go wrong with cars so I’m glad I bought local and from a good garage. Would definitely recommend!

I just bought a Volvo from Albury and have to say, John and his team are fantastic. The car was very well described and photographed on Autotrader and I was not disappointed when I went to view it. It was well worth the trek to get there and the guys let me have a good look around the car in my own time. No pushy sales patter at all, but John was on hand when I had questions. Valleting is top notch, like the 17 year old car just rolled off the production line. I was told after the test drive that the previous owner had dogs, and being asthmatic I was a bit concerned, but I've not seen a single dog hair and there's no odour whatsoever. The whole car including the engine bay and boot were immaculate. I had no reason to try and haggle the price down as it was exactly as described. Paid a deposit and the car was serviced and MOT'd the following day for collection, 3 days before Christmas! I'd definitely buy a car from Albury again. Thanks again John and team. Andrew

Had a great mechanic in Central Vic before I moved to Mount Beauty and needed to find a good reliable one here. 777 Automotive fitted that to a tee. When I called Matt said he could fit me in a week which was great for a new customer. Then my wife needed her car done as well and when I called back, with a time constraint as we neded them by midday, Matt said get them there early and he would get it done. He did with great service and friendly customer service. Cars are running great and we got some good advice as well. Highly recommend.

I took a customers vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection at late notice, Matt (new owner) had me drop it off later that same afternoon and was ready to be picked up the next morning (Christmas Eve)! Lovely customer service and professional. Highly recommend!

What amazing service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried several so called independents and they seemed scared of the repair I needed. DDR made the whole process easy. My GLC had to be towed to them which was stressful. They couldn't have been more helpful They discussed the problem and advised . I own classic cars so know a small amount about the issue I had I know what they were telling me was correct no waffle. Good honest garage that treated me with respect. Communication was good and price was excellent considering the major problem I had with my car. I have got it back now and I can enjoy my car without the worry of the issue repeating. The range of cars they deal with there are of all ages so definitely an enthusiasts garage. Some really new models to classic I will revist for maintances in the future and thoroughly recommend. This was the second time I have had my car worked on with these guys, after moving to Surrey a year ago. Very professional, polite and most importantly honest, which can unfortunately be a rarity these days. If you have a Mercedes and live within a reasonable distance, then look no further, Dan is your guy!

Had my GLS's service and gearbox service done here. These guys are very professional and very reasonably priced. They used 100% genuine Mercedes parts. The guy at reception showed me their main room where all the genuine Mercedes Benz parts and oil are stored. Highly recommended.
