As soon as we arrived at Albury Cars I could tell straight away that it was a place I could trust. Apart from the car sales side, they do servicing, repairs, etc and the whole feel is one of quality and customer service. We bought a Fiat 500 several months ago now and it’s proved to be a great car! John couldn’t have been more helpful and really did go above and beyond. Albury are a rare find.

I just bought a Volvo from Albury and have to say, John and his team are fantastic. The car was very well described and photographed on Autotrader and I was not disappointed when I went to view it. It was well worth the trek to get there and the guys let me have a good look around the car in my own time. No pushy sales patter at all, but John was on hand when I had questions. Valleting is top notch, like the 17 year old car just rolled off the production line. I was told after the test drive that the previous owner had dogs, and being asthmatic I was a bit concerned, but I've not seen a single dog hair and there's no odour whatsoever. The whole car including the engine bay and boot were immaculate. I had no reason to try and haggle the price down as it was exactly as described. Paid a deposit and the car was serviced and MOT'd the following day for collection, 3 days before Christmas! I'd definitely buy a car from Albury again. Thanks again John and team. Andrew

Every time we use Albury for any of these services, we receive amazing customer service, honest prices and great quality work. Trustworthy garages are worth their weight in gold and this is most definitely top of the list.

I have had a great experience buying a car with John at Albury back in June. I did have a tricky recurring issue with my car that couldn’t have been foreseen in the garage pre-sale. However, the first fix was covered by the free warranty that came with the car and the second time I took it in for the final fix, John paid out of pocket to fix it so my paid-for warranty wasn’t affected. Other than that, the car is perfect! Things do often go wrong with cars so I’m glad I bought local and from a good garage. Would definitely recommend!
