I booked my car in for a gearbox oil and filter change service. Richard was very helpful and polite. I was initially quoted for two hours of work but by putting two technicians on the car, the work was completed in an hour. Richard informed me that they would only charge me for the hour worked which was great. Fantastic and honest service.

I called up wheelbase and their service from start to finish was brilliant. Unlike the main dealer I had called they did the diagnostic for free and were then able to get the part and fit it in the same day. It all end up costing less than I’d be quoted just for the diagnostic elsewhere and took an hour - rather than the 2-3 days the main dealer suggested. While I was there an older lady came in with a tire problem. The team were so lovely in looking after her and came up with a really nice solution.

I used Wheelbase in Hersham to have a new thermostat/pump fitted to my Seat Ateca. It was urgent as I could not be without the car. I had struggled to find anyone locally who could help without waiting a week. Richard was brilliant. He fitted the car in to a busy schedule and got the work done. Really reasonable price too. Have been servicing my car (Audi - A4 and now a Q5) here for about 14 years. Initially looked after by Keith and now Andy and Richard. Have always felt like I’ve been treated fairly and transparently which I have only once ever felt when using Audi associated garages. They really do try to go the extra mile for their customers.
