Brilliant service as always, 5 stars isn't enough. I have used RMC for a good few years now for servicing and M.O.T's but on this occasion I had a problem with the alternater. When I brought this car i took out warranty with a third party company and I thought trying to claim anything would be a headache, however, RMC went above and beyond for me, diagnosed the problem, dealt with the warranty company and fixed it in a couple of days, I was updated every step of the way and now I'm back on the road! Top stuff from these guys, keep doing what your doing.

Have been to RMC a few times now and the service is always exceptional. They did not charge for diagnostic testing of an engine light and investigated a clunking sound in my wheel. There was nothing wrong with the wheel and they were upfront with that information. The engine light was also clearly explained to me, investigated for fault and cleared as there was no fault found. They are clearly committed to honesty and customer satisfaction. Prices for work recommended by my usual garage were remarkably reasonable. Great willingness to provide advice on car maintenance and issues. Their friendly demeanor and transparency make every visit a reassuring experience. Highly recommended.
