We were not disappointed ! Consistent updates, top notch suppliers , wonderful tasting sessions and visits to the incredible florist. On the day of our wedding , Sophie put our minds at ease and was a step ahead at every turn which was amazing, as the team flipped around the same room 3 times throughout the day seamlessly. We held our wedding reception at the Greyhound on the Test in June 2024, led by the incredible Sophie of WILDS Events management. Every element of the day was perfect, from the ceremony to the decor to the delicious food. The biggest thank you to Sophie, Lucy and the rest of the Wilds team for an absolutely perfect wedding. Everything was stunning. They guided us through the whole process calmly and with kindness and were very adaptable given our short timeline. None of my idiosyncratic requests was made to feel beyond the realm of possibility, the whole team thought creatively about how to realise the ideas in our head on budget. On the big day Wilds paid careful attention to all the tiniest details, and were cool and professional with all the big stuff. Neither of us had to think about anything other than having a great time. We loved the sharing menu and had so many comments about how delicious the food was, how much of it there was and how seasonally sensitive it was. The canapés were phenomenal too. We wish we could do it all again!

Luminique were absolutely incredible and helped make our wedding stunning! From booking them all the way through the process their service was outstanding and they were so friendly, helpful and responsive! They worked really hard to bring our vision for our day to life and we were blown away by the final outcome! They went above and beyond, working with our venue to make sure everything went smoothly and we really couldn't have asked for more! We booked Luminique events for out wedding and the decorations they provided were superb. We booked the floral arch/circle, illuminated sign and drapes and all three looked amazing and were a big focal point for the whole day. The setup and removal was seamless, very quick and the staff who did this were professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful decorations for their event.

They transformed our event space with a stunning balloon arrangement around LED numbers, creating a visually striking centrepiece that impressed everyone. Their communication was fantastic from the start. They were flexible with ideas and costs, and their guidance helped bring our vision to life. Jade was a complete miracle worker with everything we needed to make the wedding day go smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us so much guidance and brilliant advice. As the mother of the bride I was able to totally enjoy the day knowing that Jade was totally in control. She absolutely blew us away with her ability to remain completely unflappable throughout. She is so kind and was a joy to plan the day with. Her experience shone through. We are so thankful and grateful to have found Jade.

We had Jade for on the day co-ordination of our wedding, and also had 3 of her staff accompanying her. What can I say? Truly amazing to have Jade and her team, and the day would not have gone nearly so smoothly without her and the team, I would highly recommend for anyone needing a planner, DIY assistance, on the day co-ordination and staff for your event. The DIY struggle is real, and we were all prepping the venue until late into the night before the wedding, I left feeling stressed and with no idea how it would all come together. The next day after the service, I walked into the venue and couldn't believe how under control everything was! Staff were serving drinks and canapes, the venue looked gorgeous with everything perfected and in place and Jade was in full control. I could take back seat and enjoy our wedding. I wish it ended there, but unfortunately, we had a behavioral issue with a member of my family, to the point I was in tears and wanted to go home. Jade heard of this, found me, calmed me down and explained our options- none of which included the bride leaving the wedding reception! Eventually, Jade asked said person to leave the wedding, and despite some tantrums and further awful behavior, Jade made it clear to her that staying was not an option, and had her staff be aware in case of re-entry. Although an awful, and upsetting situation, Jade minimized the damage caused and managed to rescue our wedding day! Jade even got the band to play the first dance 2hrs late so that we didn't miss out on this too. Amazing woman, providing a truly invaluable service. You would be silly not to have ChapterJ involved with your big day!

We cannot thank Jade enough for her vision, expertise and guidance during our wedding planning process and day itself. Her experience put us at ease and we knew that we could trust her with our plan. Her co-ordination on the day was absolutely perfect and she dealt with many different suppliers with such ease and professionalism. We had such a great experience with Chapter J Weddings & Events. They were attentive, easy to work with and professional. They provided everything we needed with the full planning package, including decor and catering. From start to finish the attention to detail from Jade and her team was outstanding. Super happy with the service from Diamond Lush. They were always very fast to respond to emails which was very handy for wedding planning. We rented two large cherry blossom canopy trees and the lush flower wall. They both looked fantastic and we had a lot of compliments from wedding guests. They worked brilliantly as backgrounds for photos and for making the venue look pretty. Zero faff or stress with them delivering and setting up the items which they did on time and quickly. I would definitely rent items from them again if I organised another event.

Where do I start. The DLE team are the best in the business. Nothing is too much trouble. The venue was decorated beautifully and I couldnt recommend them enough. I’m really not sure where to begin with the review. I will start by saying, 5 stars is nowhere near enough for the exceptional service Stacey has provided us since the end of 2022. After getting engaged in Sep 2022, I knew I wanted a wedding planner to help my dream wedding become a reality. My fiancé and I had a few calls with planners, but when I had my call with Stacey, I knew she was the one I needed. We hired Stacey as our full wedding planner and trust me - how worth it Stacey is. Stacey has a fun, charismatic and charming nature which instantly made us feel at ease. My mum and I always love a dance, so the fact Stacey had the ‘Spice Girls’ in her insta bio - we knew she was the one for us. Stacey has worked tirelessly since then, coordinating with suppliers, replying to emails and making my stress melt away as a bride. The thing I find really unique about Stacey is she is genuinely ALWAYS on hand. She is only a message, or phone-call away and will never let you go to bed feeling stressed or upset about the wedding. Stacey has been to venue visits with us, we have had numerous calls and zoom calls with her and the service Stacey has provided is faultless, I have been truly gobsmacked with how efficient Stacey is. Whenever there has been issues, Stacey has dealt with them. Stacey has offered me advice, and I feel as though we have been a dream team together in this wedding. Stacey valued my opinion, but also knew when her professional judgement was best. She understood our needs to a T and recommended suppliers who fitted our vision and budget. The past 18 months has been an easy, fun ride due to Stacey and I feel genuinely said this part of the wedding process has come to an end. I will miss our whatsapps, voice notes and all that happened in between. You are an angel Stacey. Now if we thought the lead up was enough, the on the day service was MIND BLOWING. Stacey and her 2 coordinators, Jess and Kelly made our day memorable and all round perfect. Stacey arrived and came to check on me, she calmed me down and reassured me everything was going well. Stacey and her team took control of everything which meant I could, and also my family/bridesmaids could relax. They set up the card table, easels and most importantly the ceremony room decor which I was most nervous about. They welcomed guests, they moved decor around during the day and the most important job of them all - looked after my handbag!!!! They genuinely made sure all guests had the best day ever and were always on hand to help. Stacey and her team also ensured guests got on the coach safely which was a massive help, as we did not need to worry. Stacey and her team are fab. I cannot even put into words how much we love Stacey. She is a credit to her profession and genuinely, one of the most caring, efficient and lovely people we have ever met. We have already had so many people tell us this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to due to how well-planned it was, and some asking for Staceys number!!!! Staceys biggest achievement here is winning over my Dad! See below: “I know i told you this at the end of the evening, I was sceptical when Jhanvi and George decided to hire a wedding planner. Typical dad..."why do you want to spend that money on something we can do ourselves?" I am also not afraid to say I was wrong!!!!! Hearing about your involvement in the build up to the wedding (early days of venue selection, caterers etc etc right through to the Thursday before - even though it took 2 hours to get to Somerley) and then seeing you and your team in action on the day..........wow, wow, wow. Thank you so so much for helping make the day even more special than it was. Stacey helped us in organising our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary Party, I must admit we were not very good at knowing exactly what we wanted for the day but Stacey was more than happy to listen to our ideas and happily let us know what she thought was good (or not so good!). The reason we decided to look into an events planner was because both myself and my Husband work full time and our free time was spent with our young Daughter and just general life admin so we just knew we wouldn't have the time or capability to do everything that needed to be done and on time! Stacey was fab, always contactable and easily brought our vision to life in what ended up being an amazing festival themed party. Stacey is a genuine, warm, helpful and wise person. She is very personable and grasps a good understanding of individuals, couples and their visions for their dream celebrations. We opted for on the day management and this was invaluable especially as we had a number of unforeseen challenges to contend with in the run up to and on the day (15.06.24) such as our wedding cake maker cancelling just one month before and entertainment arriving late on the day! Her team are proactive, resourceful and good fun. On our day, Jess was leading and she and the rest of the team were great engaging with us, our guests and even leading on the Candy by Cameo dance 💃🏻 Thoughtful messages and gifts from Stacey before and on the day really enhanced the experience for us and we can wholeheartedly recommend the service she provides for anyone who wants full planning and/or on-the-day coordination for weddings or any celebration in fact!

There is no doubt that without Lucy, Tara's party would not have been such a great success. After the 18 months she had had we were determined to put on the party of all parties but we were struggling to find and source all the elements we required. We found Lucy through Bark and despite my initial thoughts that we did not need an Event Manager, it soon became clear that we would not have had a party at all without her! Lucy quickly grasped what we were looking for and was able to secure a caterer, tent and barman in no time at all. Lucy was a joy to work with and was able to adapt to last minute changes and find the wonderful Rory who stepped up to provide the music at the eleventh hour. We would not hesitate to recommend Lucy for future events and would love to have her help us out for our next party. She took off all the pressure and allowed us to really enjoy the party and the days leading up to the event with her calm and efficient manner.

Lucy was excellent in helping us organise our event recently, and supported us to ensure our guests had an excellent time even when our event had to completely change last minute due to COVID. Lucy has fantastic insight, knowledge and experience when it comes to organising events and I will continue to work with Lucy as we move forward with future corporate and social events.

Having Rosie as part of our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) was one of the best decisions we made. She was so calm, composed and “on it” throughout the whole process that we couldn’t help but feel that way too! She is incredibly knowledgeable and just bubbling with amazing ideas. Having a marquee wedding on our family farm, we really appreciated her expert eye but also her focus on the environment and sustainability. My only regret is that we discovered Rosie about halfway through our planning - I only wish we could have worked with her from the beginning.

We have worked with Rosie on events including our own open weekends and she is an absolute joy to work with. She is great at organising people, extremely friendly and approachable. Not only is she creative but she is able to take your ideas and turn them into something truly spectacular.
