Simply the Best Events supplied some awesome activities for our events, and they were so well received by our staff and their families! The booking process was very easy, along with all the activities arriving. The company is professional and prompt. We hired the Ferris Wheel, fair ground stalls, a 90ft bouncy castle along with a tug of war that was so fun! Thanks so much for helping our event, and we look forward to working with you next year.

I recently used Simply The Best Events Ltd for our corporate team building day. The name of the company says it all - the best! The booking process was super easy and they were able to accommodate a rather last minute booking! The staff throughout have been great to work with and made everything really relaxed and enjoyable on the day. Thank-you so much for a great day and we will definitely use again in the future! :-)

We used Simply the Best Events for our company family day. Really easy to do business with from the booking to the day of event. Great giant Scalextric and remote control car stand ran by STBE team and was a real hit with all ages! Thanks to Claire and the team from STBE for looking after the booking and being on hand to answer any questions we had! Will be looking to book again for next years event!

From the day we walked into the Old Mill we instantly fell in love with the venue,We were really lucky to have beautiful weather which meant the kids could really enjoy the grounds, the guests also loved the patio area for welcome drinks.The venue has been recently renovated and really brings the outside in! Lauren was absolutely incredible and made sure everything was perfect for our special day, we could not have done it without her!

My husband and I got married in June 2024 and it was the most perfect day. The Old Mill is beyond stunning and all of our guests were amazed at how beautiful the grounds and venue was. We initially found the Old Mill around a year before and immediately knew it was going to be our wedding venue. From the beginning of the wedding planning to the day, the staff at the Old Mill were incredible - every single need was met, every single question was answered in the run up and the event staff on the day made the whole process run so smoothly. The photo opportunities were brilliant and every where you looked was beautiful. We had the most amazing day and couldn’t be more grateful to the team at the Old Mill for making our wedding feel so special. All in all, the Old Mill is an incredible wedding venue and it truly contributed to how brilliant our day was. We absolutely loved the venue and all of the staff that worked hard to make us feel supported and special.

Had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this venue over the weekend just gone (early June 2024) and it was beautiful! A gorgeous, intimate venue with a lot of individual charm and beauty, with all of us taken care of by the stunning, attentive venue team. I was unable to get everyone's name but the team working with Daniel, Patrick, Jess and Jem/Gem (apologies for the spelling) were all superstars. Would definitely recommend for any events that would benefit from a picturesque setting and a lovely team!

What a wedding venue! This is by far one of my local favourites. The Old Mill is set in such a peaceful location and with it's exclusive use each wedding feels completely nestled away. There are so many beautiful settings surrounded by nature, it is a photographer's dream! I also couldn't rate the staff more highly, they are so friendly and approachable and really looked after me.

As a wedding photographer, Wasing Park is one of my favourite venues to work at. The staff are truly amazing—attentive, professional, and always so helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure the day is perfect, which creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. With its rustic charm and beautifully maintained spaces, it offers endless opportunities for both candid and formal photos. The combination of gorgeous interiors and breathtaking outdoor settings makes capturing special moments a real joy. Wasing Park also provides fantastic on-site accommodation for guests, which is such a great feature for couples looking to extend their celebrations and keep everyone close. If you’re planning your wedding and want a venue that’s as photogenic as it is well-run, I couldn’t recommend Wasing Park highly enough. It’s always a pleasure to photograph here!

Couples I have captured at Wasing always have the best day and are very well looked after by the venue's team. Jennifer and her team were very easy to deal with. In the planning stages, she knew exactly what I envisioned and new quote requests were never any bother for her. When I finally decided on what I required she made the experience very easy. She arrived on time and seamlessly made the venue beautiful. So much so that everyone was in awe of the decoration, draping and the cake. So I am so pleased I found Beyond Expectations and hope to you use them again in the future!

I was so happy to find a shop like this which supplied all wedding related decor and props! Jennifer was very easy to deal with and even managed to organise the delivery of the items the day before the wedding as it was much more convenient for us, so thank you for that! They were great to work with. We had an event at our home and required some tables, chairs and chaffing dishes. I called on Wednesday for an event on Saturday and I was so pleased to speak with Doug. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions and requests. He quickly helped me secure the equipment I needed and also suggested other items I may need. We rented their chairs and they were such great quality. I was so pleased the condition of these and seat cushions. Everything was clean and in great condition, their equipment truly made my birthday party incredible. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

We booked Pink Frog events for our wedding celebration at the Great House after seeing them at a wedding fair. We loved their all white DJ set up and they were really friendly and excited to talk through our plans with us. It was really easy to book and there was great communication from them throughout!! We added in some fairy lights and the giant Mr & Mrs sign which all our guests loved and it looked amazing. The DJ on the night kept the dancefloor full all night and played a really great range of music!! Wouldn't hesitate to book them again, and would recommend to everyone - thanks so much!!
