Chenai was the perfect wedding planner for our big fusion wedding. She had already planned some truly amazing multicultural weddings, and from the first call, she grasped exactly what we wanted. Chenai was fantastic at keeping note of all the little things we mentioned (and then forgot about!) and reflecting them in our big day. She and her team were extremely organised and professional, ensuring that our guests had a great time on the day. She also exudes this warmth and calmness - which is helpful when planning a big event with hundreds of people and lots of constantly moving parts! We trusted her completely and she delivered a fantastic, heartfelt event and celebration that was so true to us. She was fantastic at picking the right suppliers and great people to work with - we had no issues in the run-up or on the day itself. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

All it took was one phone to Sanj from crystal events and designs, explaining how I needed a balloon delivering to my dad last minute for his birthday. Sanj sorted the printing, placing the money inside, designing the final touches with feathers and tassels at his own initiative. The final result was speechless was so much thought put in, designed AND delivered all in one hour. Absolutely recommend their services, always professional, exceeding customer expectations and most important to me reliable and honest service. We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics. I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. Zeleka, Maria and the team made our wedding so special and easy from the minute we contacted them. Emma made the whole wedding so special, every time I freaked out, just speaking to her clamed me down, she is so brilliantly organized and like the best friend you didn't know you needed just sorting stuff in the background. I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. From the initial meet-up with Chris and Emma, they instilled calm and excitement in us that the wedding we were after was possible even with our narrow time frame. TAC provided catering and decor for my wedding day. I had to postpone our original date due to unforeseen circumstances and they were gracious and understanding, allowing us to reschedule to a new date. We ended up hosting our wedding day 16 months later and they made the planning process so easy from beginning to end. The staff were attentive and made me feel so comfortable and looked after on the day. Everybody loved the food and the venue space came alive with the beautiful decor. TAC recently catered for and decorated my mum’s 70th birthday. Soner and his team are great at what they do. The guests loved the food!! The manager on the night (apologies as I have forgotten her name) was fantastic she was so attentive and a genuinely lovely person. She checked in with me all night and made sure the night ran smoothly. All my family have said how great she was. Azer and his team of decorators did an amazing job, the room was beautiful and looked great in pictures and videos. The team on the night packed away all the decorations and tableware quickly and effortlessly ensuring that we were out of the venue by the allocated time. Soner was very accommodating, patient and calming during my many moments of panic during planning and on the night lol. I want to say a big thank you to the whole team you truly made the night so memorable for our mum and guests. I would wholeheartedly recommend TAC wedding services and look forward to using them again.

I cannot express how easy it was to work with the Tac guys. From the day I popped in, I never made an appointment and they still saw me, sat me down, ran me through options and dealt with me with kindness. The decor is even more beautiful in real life! And there was never a query or question that was too much for them, they were even accommodating when our florists wanted to see the martini glasses beforehand. Super professional, arrived when they said they would, did everything they promised and then even reached back out to return my security deposit. A 1 business!! One of the few vendors I worked with for my wedding that put a smile on my face.
