Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. My (newly wed) wife and I asked Carolina to help with our wedding earlier this year in Bologna. Carolina was nothing short of superb - from start to finish - navigating a wedding in Italy without Carolina would have been problematic to say the least; she was able to help us navigate the red tape, legalities and add her very personal touch to every aspect of our special day. I say without hesitation that Carolina was key in helping us create memories that will last forever.

She consulted us, understanding our preferences, our dislikes, our culture, and our budget. She took a lot into account, and did so extremely professionally. We narrowed down venues based on taste and on advice from Carolina, then visited Italy to view the shortlist, coming out with a winner. Everything was very easy. The process of planning our initial wedding in Italy was well over half a year and never felt rushed. COVID then changed everything, and we quickly had to plan a wedding in our home country UK within the space of 6 weeks. Carolina was able to do 2 things simultaneously: defend us and get the majority of our money back from vendors abroad when it was appropriate to do so, and then help us organise vendors here in the UK - in 6 WEEKS. I will never on paper fully explain the technical difficulties and obstacles she faced, but suffice it so say that we would have had a very, very mediocre wedding without her. When my partner and I decided to have our dream wedding in Bologna, Italy we begun by trying to find out the type of ceremony we could have as Church of England Christians (Christened but not religious) As Italy is run by the Catholic Church this was harder than we thought. We then tried to find a venue we could be married at, again not so easy, we could only legally marry in Bologna’s beautiful Town-hall or a venue in another town by the Major. After much research we felt we needed some help and guidance. We spoke with five wedding planners in total, Carolina was the last and only choice for us. She explained all the legalities so clearly and had a wonderful range of venues to choose (legal and symbolic) Her percentage fee worked for us and her services were worth every penny. Most importantly, we simply wouldn’t have had the wedding of our dreams without her. Carolina had advised us to visit Bologna before we picked a venue. Stupidly we didn’t and paid a deposit for a beautiful venue we had seen in photos. When on a rainy day in November we finally visited the venue we didn’t feel it was where we had imagined the wedding. On a Saturday morning I messaged Carolina with my concerns and within two hours she had organised for us to visit another venue the following day!! This was incredibly stressful day but Carolina sorted it out efficiently and calmly which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding! Venue of dreams sorted, she then gave us three quotation for catering, this was an easy choice because all the menus sounded delicious. We went with the mid range costing menu, since the wedding the food and venue are the highlights with our guests constantly going on about how the food was so delicious! Carolina works with a spectacular florist, again good value and most importantly we were delighted with the flower arrangements especially my bouquet. Like the catering we were given three quotations for the photographer. All similar prices so it was a case of picking our favourite style. Really happy with the outcome, they captured the day beautifully. A couple of months before the wedding we decided to get a videographer and again Carolina sorted this our immaculately. We had some special requests: Parmesan wheel, craft beers, extra material to decorate marquee, lighting, dance floor and an opera singer that Carolina arranged wonderfully. On the day Carolina was there to orchestrate all the moving parts which meant my husband and I could enjoy the day without any worries. The only glitch we had was the very lengthy speeches (not in Carolina's control) which could of ruined the food but somehow this was completely unaffected by her amazing organisational skills. Only negative which is also a positive we wished the wedding could have been longer as everyone was having such a fabulous time. Best wedding EVER and we couldn’t have done it with Carolina, she is a super star wedding planner!!!

When we told any of our friends and family that we were getting married, they would tell us that the day itself would be one of the best days of our lives, but that the months of work to plan it would be some of the hardest! Our wedding planning experience was nothing of the sort. At no point did we feel stressed or overwhelmed - the whole thing was super enjoyable and many parts were great fun. This experience was almost entirely down to Annie. I cannot imagine how we would have coped without her, but more importantly I think that the whole experience would have been much less enjoyable and we would not have ended up with the wedding of our dreams. Annie gave us excellent suggestions, allowed us to have creative input wherever we wanted, very quickly got our vibe and understood the kind of wedding we wants and delivered us an amazing day. On the actual day, Annie executed things to a tee - all of the details were exactly on point, things went off without a single hitch and the whole day was everything we wanted and more. If you’re anything like us, we had no idea where to start when planning our wedding. During our initial consultation with Annie, we quickly realised how knowledgable, creative & cool, calm & collected she was - exactly the person you want when planning a wedding. To begin with, Annie made an effort to get to know us and reflect that in all of the suggestions she went on to make for our wedding. I’d searched high & low for a venue that suited what we wanted but after chatting with Annie, she sent handfuls of gorgeous venue options that I didn’t even know existed! Annie has the ability to take, as it was in our case, an extremely vague brief from 2 people who had no idea what they were doing, and guide us into planning a wedding that completely fit our personalities to a tee. Annie is also extremely flexible - working around our busy schedules, being patient when we couldn’t make our minds up, whilst getting everything done with plenty of time. We felt completely at ease during the whole process of planning, right up to the day itself. We were able to sit back and enjoy every moment because of how well she took care of everything. We genuinely couldn’t have planned the wedding we had without her, and it was the most amazing, beautiful day - I still can’t quite believe how she does it!

Annie is an exceptionally organised, creative, helpful and supportive planner. We came a bit late to the decision to get help, so she was working under pressure, but delivered in every respect, and took care of everything, sourcing the full range of suppliers and curating the whole day. We were able to create the right mood and feel for us (not a conventional wedding), and were able to relax and enjoy it to the full. We whole-heartedly recommend Annie.

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. Easy weddings UK is incredible! They provided me with a list of amazing wedding venues within my budget along with the prices and wedding packages the venues offer. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!
