Been with this Veterinary Practice since it opened for routine cat health checks and vaccinations but it is so reassuring to be able to book an emergency appointment online at night to be seen first thing the next morning. All staff are welcoming and caring. Good to be told costs throughout consultation so that there isn’t a shock when going to pay. Thoroughly recommend this veterinary practice.
Lovely vets, easily accessible with a very clean and calm reception are. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful and the vet was very knowledgeable and great with my new puppy
All the reception staff are so helpful on the phone and when I take my dog. The vets and the nurses are fantastic. Always feel very welcome and informed. Like a family practise. Highly recommend Bourne.
Bourne Veterinary Practice is an outstanding practice. After a lifetime of animal family members, I have been a client for many years since the practice opened, and during that time I cannot think of a single thing to fault. The vets and nurses are professional and clinically brilliant as well as kind, approachable & genuinely caring about your animal companion.
