Chris did the cladding on our refurbished building at CE Instruments ltd. We were extremely satisfied with his work, and would thoroughly recommend NW roofing and cladding. We will be using them again to do the main roof next year!

Chris and Tom spent a couple of days recently repairing 6 old leaking Velux windows, and 2 skylights. They also replaced many broken slate tiles. They were professional, helpful and courteous throughout. The work, guaranteed for ten years, has given me much needed peace of mind. Thank you

I had a problem with a velux window which was letting in water when it rained. After asking for recommendations, Chris said he could come and look at the problem. From the first contact, I found Chris to be polite and courteous. He was able to give professional advice and his communication after his visit was also outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clark and Son roofing. They recently completed a flat roof on an extension on our house, they were completely professional, answered all our questions and queries without hesitation and completed all works in a timely manner. We really appreciated that Chris helped us make some key decisions around how the roof would work, incorporating a roof lantern and ensuring the roof met strict building regulations.

Whilst Clark & Son was at my house completing original work. I asked the to price me up for new faciers soffit. The price they quoted included removal of all the rubbish . And scaffolding. Others said I would need to get rid of rubbish very polite respectful and quiet. Not noisy like some companies.

Clark & Son Structural Waterproofing Ltd. re-built our chimney stack today. We can recommend their workmanship with confidence. They arrived on time, worked steadily throughout the day and completed the job on the same day. They removed all the debris leaving the site very tidy. Thank you Clark & Son.

John has done a few jobs for me over the last 10 years or so and his work is always first class. True gent. He fitted a flat roof to my garage and now after 10 years an insurance inspection has found the roof is still in excellent condition. The work stands the test of time! Highly recommended.

I cannot thank John and his team enough. These lads had a mammoth task on their hands as this job required that John identified a number of problems caused by previous builders from out of town (cowboys in my opinion), strip the roof back to ensure that there were no fundamental issues or damage inflicted and then replace all existing work and current materials with the best new materials available. I discussed the situation with John before he began so he understood what was needed, and between us we decided on what work was to be completed. From the very first minute on the roof these boys went to town, getting the old mess completely removed and setting about laying top quality membrane, batons and tiles. To say they were well organised is a huge understatement. It was like having machines up there. By the end of day 1 I could already see the impact they'd had, with over 90% coverage already completed. Throughout the days they never faltered in their work commitment and John took me up several times to show me their progress as it happened. The end result is that my home now looks and feels like a new build, with absolutely all previous issues now a thing of the past. The pictures taken don't quite do his work justice, but all I can say is what a legend. I will recommend John and the lads to everyone I speak to, as I don't think his work can be beaten. Texted last night with details and pictures of a repair required on my daughter’s roof after the weekend’s storms. Within 10 minutes I had a very reasonable price and after a few more minutes had arranged for the job to be done today, got a text message at around 9am today to say he was on his way. The job was done without any fuss and although I wasn’t there my daughter tells me he was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sean,Kieran and team replaced our 60+ year old roof and installed new guttering. They were a joy to have around. We kept them happy with regular refreshments and they in turn worked so hard. They cleaned up after each day and then ensured all debris was removed before leaving at the jobs conclusion. Well pleased thank you boys.

Spoke to Sean regarding my roof . Loads of tiles had moved after all the wind .sean was there next day told me exactly what the problem was , I asked Sean could I have it re slated he said yes used all the existing slates , work was done in 2 days . Looks absolutely tremendous well pleased with the work the lads were great worked really hard and cleared up after they finished. Definitely recommend to do a great job and the price was really good as well. One happy customer thanks Sean and your lads .

Mike was brilliant from first point of contact to completing the job. Mike turned up when he said he was going to be there, even when the weather was bad. Would highly recommend and also some of our neighbours where impressed that he was true to his word as they had been let down by tradespeople before. Any work that you need completing Mike's your man !!!

Ridge tiles needed repointing as water was getting in. Mike came out promptly, reviewed the job and gave me a quote same day. Very happy with the job. 2 ridges re-pointed, neat and tidy and no more water ingress. I would use R&R again.

Mike is so nice! I bought a house and was really worried about the roof Incase their was anything wrong with it and needed some plants removing from the chimney. Mike came and sorted it the day after I contacted him and checked the roof iver for me, he was quick , proffessional ans was so easy to speak to and explained what needed doing to my Roof and put my mind at ease, it's always daunting getting somthing done to your roof for the first as as a new home owner but Mike was so lovely. As usual, Mike came very quickly (this time to fix a loose ridge tile). His work is very good, he explains things, and he charge reasonable fees for the jobs he does.
