I used this service when my chimney wall was damp, they came out and were really lovely and honest. I was super pleased with the work to cap and re point my chimney and noticed a reduction of damp patches on my living room chimney wall. Would use again and recommend. It was a bonus that they were the cheapest of three quotes.

We had a problem with bad water ingress and property services came to us the day after I rang to survey the roof and gutter. They prioritised the job and got started. I was impressed how polite and professional they were, cleaning up after the remedial work inside the house. It’s hard these days to find a trustworthy company. Just had my flat roof pitched on both sides. They did a fantastic job, professional, and if you needed to speak to them or ask any questions, they were there to help. JJK Roofing Services was my fourth attempt to get a roofing company around to fix a leak in my lead valley. John answered his phone straight away, arranged to view the roof for a quote and sent back the quote without delay. He arrived to do the work a few days later as agreed and completed the work at a very competitive price. He took pictures of the roof before and after to reassure me the work had been done. He was respectful of my property and did not leave any mess for me to tidy up after he had left. Martin is so reliable. We had many roofers let us down by either not showing up, quoting crazy amounts without seeing what needed doing, or just not bothering to quote. Martin took photographs so we knew what was causing the leak in the first place, and then took photographs of his work once complete. He is a great communicator, reasonably priced, and a nice bloke. Even better the leak is finally fixed and my son’s room is free of damp for the first time in years!

Work was needed to replace ridge tiles and shed roof felt after bad weather northwest roof works called to inspect and quote for the work and service was prompt with excellent communication and notification. Weather prevented initial start of work but was completed the next day without a problem. Northwest roof works were very courteous and helpful, and completed the work in the day. I would definitely recommend this company and will contact them for any additional work I may need in the future

I found northwest roofwork from Facebook market place after I notice water dripping from my gutters. Martin came out the same week to clean them and kept in contact. Martin was very competitive and did a thorough job taking photos for me to see what needed doing , would highly recommend.

We had our roof retiled by Garry and his team. The work was carried with good quality materials producing an excellent finish. The first day they removed the old tiles and felt and put in place new linings, making the roof water proof, then the second day the tiling was completed. Very efficient and competatively priced. It was also carried out safely with a good use of safety equipment. I would be happy to recommend Alco.

Had our roof completely redone by Garry and his team. Including Tiles, Facias, Soffits and underfelt. They did an absolutely fantastic job for a great price. What a competitor quoted as a 2 week job took Alco less than 4 days and for 4k cheaper. I would not go to anyone else as Garry and his team provide the best service around. Could not recommend more highly.

Garry and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had an aging roof (80 years old!) and we needed it replacing. Garry quoted up to replace the roof and porch and the cost came in about the same as a few other places i looked at. Garry was professional and even though we had a few scheduling conflicts at first we managed to get the date sorted and in the space of a couple of days we had a shiny new roof. Not only would i recommend Garry for his workmanship but he also passed the neighbour test as he was able to match the tiles and make the roof look seemless. Its a shame we wont be using Garry again but if any of you out there are reading this give Garry a call and tell him I sent you :)

Recently bought a house and we’re ‘enjoying’ all the quirks of home owning. A few weeks ago, we had a leak on our flat roof. We messaged Frank early in the morning, he arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem. He acted promptly and the cause of the leak was fixed. Frank was informative and understanding. There has been no further issues so far. We will definitely be using Raven Roofing & Cladding again!

I contacted Frank at Raven Roofing to quote on replacing some damaged render on our dormer. He visited the next day and had a quote back to me the day after. He also explained how bad workmanship had caused the roof and render to fail. Quote was for an EPDM roof with zinc cladding on the sides. I had a good feeling and felt the price was fair so went with them. So glad I did. Frank and Chris were both professional throughout and it was obvious that they are highly experienced. I added on the installation of a sun tunnel, replacement fascia board and some lead work on a sloped roof. Really happy with all the work and would definitely recommended them.

Work was being done at my neighbours house and the loose flashing was seen and mentioned to me. I also noticed that the verge was missing and asked for this to be fixed. Job done quickly, professionally and very reasonable cost. Very happy with both jobs and would highly recommend

I had been recommended to try this company for replacing gutters, soffets and facias. James visited my property to assess the work involved, quoted the price which was followed up by a written quote explaining all the work involved. Once I had decided to go ahead with them they were efficient in getting scaffolding up and the following day work began. The team of guys worked hard through the day and completed almost the whole job, they returned the following morning to finish off and complete the job to my satisfaction. It was also inspected by the team with me to ensure standards had been achieved. I am happy to recommend this company, and I'll have them back on a later date for some other jobs I want done
