Excellent work by Josh and the guys. Needed my roof replacing as well as the spare on foam taking out plus fixing rotten timbers. All done professionally and both to the cost I'd budgeted and the timescales I expected. Even highlighted that my guttering was overflowing at the back and realigned this for me. Would highly recommend.

Had some issues with damp chimney breasts and Josh and his mate sorted them out nicely. Further issues were identified and sorted out bit Josh let me know the cost during the process. Overall very happy with the service provided and will use Josh again (hopefully not too soon ha)

Highly impressed with Fixit roofing. My guttering at the rear of property needed to be replaced and Josh and co were the right ones to have chosen, fast, efficient and they cleared everything away after themselves. My rear garden is totally enclosed and they weren't phased at all by having to move scaffolding over fences etc. Cheers Guys

1st Class Company, I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. From start to finish Lucy put my mind at rest & made the whole job that I was very worried about having done stress free. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times. The main slate section was completed by Danny & Dale who are very professional and skilled at what they do & a pleasure to have around too. I genuinely cannot thank or recommend everyone who was part of our job from Lovatts enough. Absolutely perfect and our bungalow is shining with its new hat. Thanks

Our family home has a stone roof, an appointment was arranged with the office and Stewart arrived promptly and was impeccably polite and professional. Within a short time he returned an acceptable quote back to myself, The team led by John were affable and hard working, ensuring all aspects were carefully prepared and the outcome was achieved. Even when an unforeseen problem occurred, some replacement stone slabs were sourced, this was fixed without any problems as Lovatts had a supply in stock. Would I recommend this family run company? Yes without question, their attention to detail and their genuine care to do a great job was always evident.

Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Shaun and we will call on Lovatts again for any roofing jobs that need doing.

We were absolutely delighted with the job Garry and Wayne and the team did on our roof, which was 100 years old and in need of a refit. They advised from the beginning, gave us confidence in the process and carried out all aspects with minimal fuss or faff. Other quotes were significant higher and suggested they'd take much longer - beware of inflated quotes from other contractors. Alco did a superb job and showed what's possible with a committed and hardworking team - the whole roof, including removal and reinstallation of solar panels, took just 2.5 days. Garry showed me pictures of various aspects they had rectified from the original roof fitting in the 1920s and explained how their work would benefit us, which was really appreciated. The team arrived punctually early every day and were courteous throughout. Would thoroughly recommend this excellent local business for any and all roofing needs.

Garry and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had an aging roof (80 years old!) and we needed it replacing. Garry quoted up to replace the roof and porch and the cost came in about the same as a few other places i looked at. Garry was professional and even though we had a few scheduling conflicts at first we managed to get the date sorted and in the space of a couple of days we had a shiny new roof. Not only would i recommend Garry for his workmanship but he also passed the neighbour test as he was able to match the tiles and make the roof look seemless. Its a shame we wont be using Garry again but if any of you out there are reading this give Garry a call and tell him I sent you :)

Had our roof completely redone by Garry and his team. Including Tiles, Facias, Soffits and underfelt. They did an absolutely fantastic job for a great price. What a competitor quoted as a 2 week job took Alco less than 4 days and for 4k cheaper. I would not go to anyone else as Garry and his team provide the best service around. Could not recommend more highly.

In the past, we've had issues with finding good roofers in the Bolton area but that's no longer a problem. LBL were brilliant all round. We needed a roof repair and new guttering but the tiles we needed are no longer manufactured. They did everything they could to find the tiles for us but when that wasn't possible, they came back and installed the guttering. The lads did a great job and tidied up after themselves. Communications with the company was easy, efficient and would highly recommend.

Wouldn't use anybody else. I am not from this Area but am a tradesperson who needed some roofing services in this area and i tried to get in touch with multiple of the other high rated companies but had issue after issue. The other companies would either not turn up when they said they would and just no show or they turned up but didn't actually look at the problem. LBL Roofing actually got on the roof to check the issue and had a thorough look and sent a quote on time, turned up on time. The work was also high quality. Genuinely wouldn't use anybody else in this area now.

Had issues with the roof leaking not long after moving in (sods law!). Luke came out in no time, shot up on the roof and took pictures of everything required. Recommended a dry ridge and verge to ensure things lasted. The lads that came turned up half an hour earlier than the time given and everything was done by 4.30pm with pictures to show the before, during and after. My path was probably cleaner than when they turned up! Felt reassured throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Did a job on my Grade 2 Georgian roof. Roof off, membrane on, replaced some ribs, new batons, relaid original tiles and replaced broken tiles with matching reclaimed. Repointed the chimneys, re capped and did all the lead around the chimneys. Fitted two velum to the back (non listed area). Guttering all done. It looks as it should BUT it is totally weatherproof. Luke and the team were brilliant. Kept on at the job to get it complete. Very nice group of roofers. Cleaned up well each day. Invoicing and Payment was easy at end job. Did everything quoted for at the start of the job. No quibbles. So pleased I selected Luke and team from the 5 quotes I got. It was obvious when I met them that they knew their job. Went well above and beyond. He takes pride in the work it shows in the finished work. I had a full re-roof on my house and the work done is superb. Any other roofing work i need doing i will be calling KAG again.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Frank to anyone who needs work doing roofwise. He's just done a job on my roof putting ventilation into tiles that are no longer manufactured. He's gone over and above expectations by resolving the problem rather than saying it couldn't be done!!! He did the job from start to finish in less than a week, including the problem solving and making the roof watertight whilst the tiles were being adapted and refired. I'm delighted with the work he's done and will use him again for any future roofing work. In my opinion he doesn't overcharge and he does a proper job rather than a make-do one.

Recently bought a house and we’re ‘enjoying’ all the quirks of home owning. A few weeks ago, we had a leak on our flat roof. We messaged Frank early in the morning, he arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem. He acted promptly and the cause of the leak was fixed. Frank was informative and understanding. There has been no further issues so far. We will definitely be using Raven Roofing & Cladding again!

I contacted Frank at Raven Roofing to quote on replacing some damaged render on our dormer. He visited the next day and had a quote back to me the day after. He also explained how bad workmanship had caused the roof and render to fail. Quote was for an EPDM roof with zinc cladding on the sides. I had a good feeling and felt the price was fair so went with them. So glad I did. Frank and Chris were both professional throughout and it was obvious that they are highly experienced. I added on the installation of a sun tunnel, replacement fascia board and some lead work on a sloped roof. Really happy with all the work and would definitely recommended them.

We required some work on our lead flashing and guttering, and Frank came along to assist. He took photos of the roof and recommended what needed to be done, and was very prompt in coming back to start the work. Very friendly team, and very happy with the work done 😊

Today Team F, Carl&Dave arrived to complete the project of replacing my leaking garage roof. The lads explained what work would be carried out and completed all aspects in full to a really high standard. The rain was coming in but the lads cracked on and we're very respectful of our property which goes a long way. They cleaned up after themselves and the work was completed in a few hours. Carl and Max, completed a garage refurbishment 4.10.24 (Leeds). New roof, front facias, guttering and down pipe. They were both punctual and professional in their approach. Carl provided a comprehensive explanation of the job that was due to be undertaken. This was helpful as useful for all parties are clear and precise about the job in hand. All through the job, I was consulted and kept in the loop. It was nice as I felt part of the process from start to finish. They were very orderly and cleaned up after themselves ensuring their was no trace of the asbestos or old remnants of the garage was left. Carl and Max, team F, attended today (5.11.24) to carry out an upgrade to my garage. They replaced the asbestos roof, old up and over door and side access door along with the guttering. They arrived on time (despite the M25)! They were very clear in describing what they were going to do and kept me updated throughout the job. They were polite and friendly in their manner and worked diligently to a swift, tidy completion. I was very impressed with the whole experience which is not the usual case nowadays sadly. Firstly Danmarque sent out someone to survey our garage. He priced up everything and told us exactly what they would do. Plus we were told a date for the job. We'd asked for an asbestos roof to be removed. Carl & Max (Team F) came today at 8am. They stripped the roof off in no time. Put new joists across, galvanised steel roof, new fascia boards, guttering, sealed it, lined with condensation felt membrane. Took about 3 and half hrs. Cleaned up after themselves and took away the rubbish. Lovely job. Well pleased.

Contracted out the services of Phoenix Roofing to replace the lead valley which was leaking on the front side of the house. Very happy with the gentleman's workmanship, professionalism, punctuality and attitude. From getting the quote to actually starting and finishing the job, I am very impressed. He knows what he's doing and is tidy and efficient. I have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending him to others. Thank you :)

I had the joy of having Phoenix roofing work on my property. Started at 8am on the dot and did a full day every day. All the staff were polite and helpful, my property was left spotless every night. The reroof, fascia’s and GRP flat roof all done to the highest standard. Top class work and someone I recommend to others.

Used then to replace old conservatory roof to an insulated tiled effect roof, also plaster over glazed window and replace all window bottoms. Good price and decent work in efficient timing. Had a few niggles after completion, took them a week to return to resolve to a satisfactory condition. They didn't tidy up after themselves but this is a minor issue. Would highly recommend all persons polite and helpful.

I have had my glass Edwardian roof replaced on our conservatory due to box gutter leaks. I can't fault the communication from Derek doing the quote to the three guys doing the job, plus electrician and plasterer. Everyone was helpful, tidy and professional. I do have to mention Marie in the office though. She called to update me prior to start and every day throughout to make sure everything was ok and update me. I was so pleased at the whole process. Just got the decorating to finish now, then move back in. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Well what can I say. A friend of my husband recommended this company and boy am I glad they did. We moved into our property just over 4 weeks ago and today we now have the new conservatory roof.
