We enjoyed a cracking evening celebrating St Patrick's Day with live music and excellent food. The service was superb with and the staff attentive and friendly. Tom and Danny (the live entertainers) were fantastic too, and we thoroughly enjoyed a sing along! The young chap who played the piano between sets was also excellent. Highly recommended!!!

We had a lovely meal here last night. A live pianist was playing too which added a nice atmosphere.

Just got back from the most stunning meal. Food was incredible, staff were polite and accommodating and the live piano made the perfect setting for a top quality meal Will definitely be returning.

Visited last night for the first time. Absolutely gorgeous food, lovely ambiance & excellent sangria. We chose 6 dishes between 2 of us and we couldn’t finish it all. The mussels special was delicious and the sauce was lovely with soft bread. Sophia makes an excellent Biscotti Cheesecake! No doubt we’ll be back.

We have recently moved to the area and it’s been the best place so far! Will definitely come back 😍. Chistorras and Gambas Pil Pil were delicious. Highly recommend 🥰

Cannot praise Casa Carlos enough. Right from being greeted by the lovely Sophia the atmosphere was second to none. Feeling relaxing, comfortable and at home it took me back to my many times abroad visiting tapas bars certainly could have been anywhere but Wigan Town centre. We were offered drinks then later ordered our food at no time did we feel rushed and our personal requests were taken into consideration with no fuss. Oh my days the food was delicious and presented so well and good portions compliments to Callum the chef perfection on a plate! Deserts were delicious almost too nice to eat as they were presented so well. As we wrapped up our dining experience we all agreed we would definately be returning . Me and a few girls from work went for food and drinks on Thursday 1st August. They had a fantastic 2 course meal deal for £15.99 I think. We booked our table for 5pm we had a drink and poppadoms first then we orderd our meal. Food came quick. Food was really tasty and decent sized portion we couldn't eat it all. We had finished our 2 course by 6.10pm we ordered more drinks and then we got desert girls had ice cream I had Martini Espresso. Next thing we know it's 8.40pm. We had our food and drinks outside as the weather was really nice and we knew we would be loud with all the laughing we do. Was a fantastic night. So much so I booked our next visit before we left. Waiting on staff were fantastic really attentive up for a laugh and a joke with you. Especially Hasam who was really friendly and chatty.

We've been 4 or 5 times with various people and the food has been brilliant. Not just good for collage students... It's really good! You get a nice (and still cheap) meal and students get a chance to learn and work towards a future in catering.

Fabulous food at the wheel restaurant 😋 I went with my mum and sister and had a great meal. It was a shame that there weren't many tables in dining, as these young students need the experience of a full restaurant. They are open Tuesday and Thursday for lunch at 12,12:15,12:30, and the same days but for the evening at 6 pm, 6:15,6:30. We arranged a table on the day so they do take in last min bookings and the drinks prices are excellent 👌 Highly recommend the fish n chips 😋 the fish was the best fish n chips I've ever had, the batter was lovely and light, and the home-made tarter sauce was excellent only thing missing was some mushy peas but the veg that we had to share between us was excellent and could have fed another 4 people, we had carrots, new potatoes, green beans with a ragu sauce and another portion of chips. Honestly, I can't recommend this place enough, and for the price of £17.95 ( for the evening/dinner menu), we all left completely stuffed. we also had a cup of tea at the end and a homemade biscuit 😋

Amazing food and outstanding service. The waitresses were super polite and attentive. Courses were served quickly and everything tasted fantastic. We were entertained by a lovely lady doing a belly and swords dance. I'd definitely eat here again.

It was our wedding anniversary yesterday and we decided to have a dinner outside the home with the kids. The services were top notch. Daniella was awesome! The meals were so filling and the kids were happy. We will definitely be visiting again and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Called on spec about 2.30pm. Food was great but took a long time to arrive. I had the chicken skewer and a chocolate mousse type dessert.

Just been for a family meal. Service was great . The food was outstanding. Garlic mushroom starters, goats cheese starter, and you definitely have to try the lamb chops. They really know how to cook a perfect steak also. The portions are very generous and the food is piping hot and full of flavour. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

Great atmosphere for my guys 40th on Saturday

We have been here before, but not since they owners have completely done a revamp on the interior, design everything. You will not disappointment one bit. We again visited La Mama for breakfast but this time with some of our family from Liverpool, and lets just say they wished they had same La Mama in Liverpool as well. The new decor looks very bright and tasteful, the staff as always are incredibly polite. The meal was fantastic, not only cater for adults breakfast but also offer a children's breakfast.. Very good choice and very accommodating if you wish change things around which one of our party did. Overall A1. Not been as yet for a evening meal, but its right at the top of our to do list.

Excellent quality food. Starters and wine are a bit expensive, desserts are good value. It was quite noisy but the restaurant was full, so that's always a good sign.

I had the beef chilli tacos, and wow, the portion was huge! The tacos had melted cheese, beef chilli, radishes and pink onions, all three were full of filling. There was nicely flavoured rice on the side too, and a side salad. The soured cream dip was nice too, coming from someone who doesn't like soured cream! It was only £13.75; great value for money. Service was fast and staff were polite. Good atmosphere too: every table got a sombrero!

Absolutely amazing food, went here on a whim after typing tacos near me on google. Did not disappoint, large portions and tastes amazing. If you like spicy food I suggest taking some hot sauce or asking for some as food is mild, but tastes amazing.

Amazing service and perfect food. We love our every visit in La Sentidos Loca. Never felt disappointed. Today we have visited La Iguanas and all I must say.. Sentidos Loca is definitely our favourite!

Lovely building and a really nice restaurant. The food was really nice with lots of flavours and colours like you would expect from a Mexican but my only critique is I like spicy food and asked for it to be hot but unfortunately it was very mild. Other than that we really enjoyed it

Less than a mile from Junction 27 of the M6. Extensive menu including specials. Cask ales pouring today were on the traditional side from Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company. Huge outdoor seating area - much undercover with heaters and blankets if necessary.

Just stopped here for lunch whilst on a long drive up north as it had great reviews and just off the M6. Save your money at the services and come here instead! Not only will you be helping a local business but you won't be disappointed! Food was great value and really tasty and fresh. The staff were super helpful and attentive. Dog friendly and even has a dog menu!

Great meal for 4 here today. Hadn't booked and the pub was busy at 1pm on a Saturday. Never the less helpful staff found us a suitable table as we were with our dog. Lovely service. Great food. Nice menu. Could not fault. Will be back for sure ☺️

We visited this week on Monday afternoon between 3-5pm to celebrate my nieces 21st birthday! We was staying away for the weekend nearby at the glamping pods & we found this place online! And it was easy to walk in and had plenty of tables The small plate menu was what attracted me to dine here and it did not disappoint! The food is absolutely unbelievable! We had to thank the chef and ask him to come out because everything was perfect! The service was phenomenal, a lady called Louise was our host and she was the most welcoming and friendliest lady! We all ordered different small plates and sides for a 5 person table and felt it’s best share! Portions was huge, and all the food came out at the same time! We even ordered extra tacos because they was too nice!! Beautiful restaurant & atmosphere! Amazing prices & quality!! 10/10 restaurants & bar! Parking was also easy in the area for a main road, as there is a pub over the road called The Stag which has a parking meter, and it’s fairly affordable! And we went to the pub first for a drink to register free parking! Thanks everyone we had the best celebration here!! X

Was there last Friday for my wife's birthday 🎂 loved the pulled pork with loaded fryes will be comeing again try the pulled chicken 🐔 next time service was good freindly staff 10 out of 10

My daughter treated me and my partner to a meal at the red door , well where do I start , the soup starter was so tasty , parsnip and apple , just amazing, I had the beef roast dinner and this didn’t disappoint either, the beef was to die for and the veg was delicious, I then followed it with a Dessert of cherry flavour brownie with cherry ice cream . This establishment is just amazing, I’m gutted we only just found it , the unhurried service is just amazing, the staff are so attentive and Jane the owner is a pleasure to chat too , well done guys we will definitely be back .

Me and my family very enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The food served was perfect, and atmosphere was very cosy, however only thing noticed was the temperature was slightly cold. overall, the service, food and atmosphere was amazing. Thank you!
