Quite simply the best pub around for food. Lots of rooms so you can choose the atmosphere (fire) (pool) (social) (hub) (sports TV) ( large outdoor TV and garden) reasonably priced and family/ dog friendly. Nice staff and locals, very clean! Friendly pub 20/10*

Unbelievably friendly. Me and my wife came as away fans before County Vs Exeter City and we were welcome with open arms. Everyone we spoke to was lovely, we received great service. The beer was fantastic, only bettered by the food. Great atmosphere and lots of seating by the fire on what was a truly abysmal day. Next time I'm.in Stockport I'll make a special effort to visit. Great place 👌

As a fan of craft brews, I was thrilled to sample the various ales, each one expertly crafted and bursting with flavor. Whether you prefer a hoppy IPA or a smooth stout, there’s something for everyone. The service was great. The staff were not only friendly, but also created a warm, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and genuine smiles added a personal touch that elevated the experience. It’s not every day you encounter such a blend of professionalism and charisma. Now, let’s talk about the food! The dining options, particularly from the Guilty Pleasure menu, were outstanding. Each dish was a culinary delight, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my visit to the Alexandra Hotel was fantastic. With excellent Robinson's beers, friendly and attentive service, and outstanding food, I left feeling eager to return. I highly recommend this venue to anyone in Stockport!

Great pub with friendly staff. Fantastic food - burgers, hotdogs and sides. Dine in or take out. Very big beer garden, lots of different rooms inside, two pool tables, darts, tvs showing football. Plenty of character, a cosy pub with lots of rooms and original features like mosaic floors. Can't fault it, brilliant and welcoming place.
