The surrounding area, fresh from a stunning redevelopment, feels modern and vibrant, giving the entire place a contemporary yet welcoming atmosphere. Stepping into the hotel, we were greeted by a warm and professional team who made us feel genuinely valued from the moment we arrived. Their attention to detail and friendliness set the tone for the rest of our stay. As for the rooms—immaculately clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and functionality. Every aspect, from the plush bedding to the spotless bathroom, reflects the care and pride the staff put into maintaining high standards. Another fantastic stay at the Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West! This was our third stay this year and never been disappointed. The hotel is clean, comfortable and peaceful and is in a fantastic location, but what really makes it is the staff. They are always helpful and patient with any requests, especially cautious and considerate about my nut allergy and always really friendly from point of booking untill end of stay. Thank you to Colin, Ryan, Simon, Silvia and the team for a lovely stay over Christmas, will definitely be back soon!

The service at this hotel was lovely. There were 3 members of staff at reception when we arrived, one was serving another couple who were checking in and the other two were chatting and having a laugh, but as soon as we entered, they stopped and and served us straight away, both extremely pleasant and well mannered. The hotel was clean and tidy and the bed was super comfy. Has spare pillows as well which is always great. Only a short walk away from the AO Arena where we watched our show. A short walk for us is 15 minutes. Would recommend this hotel.
