It's a small cozy restaurant, and we were able to book for the day after Valentine's day at short notice. The curry was slow cooked, and richly flavoured, with just enough heat to be really interesting, but not too much. The decor was interesting. The music was fine but was on a loop, which got a little bit annoying after a while, so only 4 stars for atmosphere.

Lovely family restaurant in the heart of Altrincham. The flavours of all dishes are different to those experienced in other south Asian restaurants. Small menu but that’s just how I like it. Standout for me were the lamb chops. I really hope the restaurant does well as it deserves to be a core part of our local dining scene. Thank you Deepak for a lovely evening.

We decided to try here as the menu looked nice, and it was a relatively new place. Service was fantastic the lady serving us was really friendly and was very responsive in her service, attentive and ensured to check in that we had everything we needed. We ordered the platter to start and then 2 curries for mains. The lamp chops on the platter were one of the best I have had, lamb was very tender and not chewy. It was our first time trying the cottage cheese tikka, this was really tasty and will definitely get this again. Flavour was nice on the curry's, the lamb gosht was tasty I would say the sauce was very gravy like on this. We also had a chicken curry, the flavour was lovely however felt the portion of chicken was on the smaller size. Overall really tasty and wpuld definitely recommend! The staff work really hard and it pays off.

Second time trying the food here, this time as a takeaway but still exceptional quality and service. Indian food with an interesting edge; I'd say by far the best I've had in the area. Very well priced for the quality you're getting. Definitely our go-to spot from now on.

Me and my mum came in today to try the food as we have a party booked in the private room at the end of March, Our server was Molly and what a lovely young woman she was so polite so helpful and an absolute credit to the team. The other waiters serving the meats were also very Lovely + made small talk which was nice when explaining what the meats were when serving which was helpful. The assistant manager was extremely informative and very helpful and came to check on us while we were dining. All in all we can’t wait for our return to jardin where they serve great food, beautiful well presented cocktails , a fab atmosphere and brilliant service. 5 stars from us! Thankyou again.

Lovely restaurant in Altrincham. Brazilian style buffet with a range of delicious meats. Staff were friendly and tentative. Lovely interior and enjoyed the music/atmosphere. The meats were great but the pork belly was over cooked, it was tough and dry. I think the meats could have been seasoned more too but there was salt a& pepper on the table so no biggie! Generous sizes for cocktails! We would go again!

I asked the team a favour if they can help me celebrate both my friends birthday by surprising them with a piece of cake each and a candle, the team went above and beyond by presenting a very nice chocolate cake with a fantastic sparkle candle. Thank you so much for the lovely service and food you've given us. We shall dine here again next month.

We have been coming here since 2015 and can honestly say it’s our favourite restaurant. The food, service, staff and atmosphere are second to none. My favourite dishes of the Bruschetta Pugliese and the Broccolini pasta main are still on the menu which fills me with joy! The service from Tony and the team is exceptional and you are made to feel part of the family. Tonight didn’t disappoint and thank you for still living up to such a high standard of exceptional Puglian inspired dishes and fantastic customer service. We look forward to coming back soon. Every now and again you go for a meal and everything is just right ….. after dropping our daughter off at Manchester airport we were heading into Altrincham for a bite to eat, we had planned on a tapas but when we saw Rigatoni’s and their delicious looking menu we knew this was the one, and we were absolutely right!!!! From the warm welcome we received from the manager, who found us a lovely table outside under the heaters, such cosy spot….the food speaks for itself, a small but perfectly formed menu which to us means fresh food, it was just so delicious, we opted for the seafood and the signature rags, both absolutely delicious, we had skipped a started and opted for dessert and we were not disappointed…the treacle and apple pie really was one of the nicest desserts we have eaten in a long time…. Not too sweet just incredibly flavoursome… we finished with a coffee and limoncello!!!! Simply divine 😋…. What adds to the great food is the fabulous service, so welcoming and you know how much it means to these guys when like us you leave feeling so happy…. Cannot wait to go back 😊

They never disappoint. Here since Sugo, then Sud and now Rigatoni's. Always the go to for special moments like birthdays, anniversaries or just showing a friend a new favourite place to eat. Love the small kitchen, the staff friendliness and just the overall atmosphere. Please don't ever stop.

Rigatonis is my favourite pasta restaurant by far. Fantastic small menu, intimate restaurant with a good atmosphere, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and the best pasta i’ve ever tasted! So much flavour is packed into every dish. Been multiple times, each time the same high standard is maintained!

Visited Owen’s Kitchen this week with two friends. Loved this place when it was Amba and it’s nice to see that the atmosphere on first visit feels similar. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to taste the red wine we fancied before deciding. The service we received was excellent. The menu is small compared to some places but consider this to be a good thing, hopefully means everything is freshly cooked and not defrosted! My only complaint on my visit would be the pork medallions I chose were not as ‘melt in the mouth’ as I had hoped they would be but the rest of the meal, gnocchi, leeks and sauce were delish! We finished with the ‘Port Flight’ and said we thought it would be a good idea to have a cheese board available to go with it. After speaking with the chef a cheese board was served with our port, four different cheeses, chutney, melon and various biscuits/breads. Fab! Will definitely be returning.

We visited Owen’s Kitchen on a Saturday night on their first weekend of service and it was fantastic! The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, was great to see it so busy considering they’ve only just opened :) The service we received was brilliant, super friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t eat gluten and they were really helpful as to what adjustments could be made to dishes, meaning I could choose almost anything on the menu! The food itself was delicious and extremely reasonably priced considering the quality and the size of the dishes. All in all a great experience and we can’t wait to come back and try all the other dishes on the menu!

My mum & I came here for a late lunch and we really enjoyed it. I had the chicken and she had the sea bass, which were both delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We came at an odd time so it was a bit quiet but apart from that it was perfect.

Visited for the first time for early Sunday evening Roast, and it did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The portions were extremely generous and every bit of the meal was delicious. The only down side was that we were so full, we couldn’t try the desserts on offer 🥲 We are regularly disappointed by Sunday roasts in restaurants, but this was by far the best we have had . Will definitely return and leave room for dessert next time .

Able to cope with some small changes to the booking, and get us seated quickly. Prompt but unhurried service, from very friendly staff. Difficult choice when ordering as everything sounded delicious and some of the dishes observed being brought to other tables looked and smelled amazing. There was no disappointment when our plates arrived the whitebait and bruschetta starters were just the ticket. The lasagne and side salad was obviously home made and looked and tasted incredible. The pollo Milanese was spot on too. First visit, won't be the last.

I booked La Fillia for my engagement party last week and I couldn’t be more impressed! The service was outstanding and the food was beyond perfect! We asked for family style serving for a group of 20 and everything went very smooth and the food was excellent! Considering that this is a new establishment they have set the bar very high for restaurants in Altrincham and we are very excited to see them succeed for the future!

Lovely family run restaurant with so many interesting choices of food. The food was delicious but what really made our trip was the staff and the vibe. They were super accommodating, friendly & energetic and we felt so comfortable and cosy there. Would definitely recommend if you love classic Italian food but appreciate experimentation. Lovely limoncello on the house to finish our trip! Will 1000% come again

***THE Best Meal of my life*** I'm 53yrs old and have eaten in many restaurants around the world. The Sea Bass "special" I had tonight was simply the best meal of my life so far. And, by some margin. The flavours were just sublime perfection. You can check my other reviews, I do not offer faint praise, this was exceptional. The service and staff were great. It was only our second visit and they remembered us from months ago (we aren't THAT odd to be memorable). We are so lucky to have this on our doorstep in Altrincham. So very lucky.

What a lovely local gem of a place this is. We were hosted by the charming Simon. I had the Eggs Florentine. Just gorgeous pillows with bright orange melting yolks on fluffy muffins. To top it off lush hollandaise and plenty of it.

We had a Wonderful experience at Riva last Friday night. We enjoyed some Beautiful Wines & a fab dinner and the Team were great. We went for a selection of nibbles for our starters, Halloumi Fries with chilli jam, rustic bread with olive oil & balsamic & olives and hummus and they were all great. I chose the Pan Roast French Trim Chicken with greens, fondant potato & red wine jus. The Chicken was beautiful and moist, the fondant potato was probably the best I have had, crispy on the outer & fluffy in the middle and I could have drank the red wine jus it was that tasty! Mrs K had Roasted squash & wild mushroom strudle & thoroughly enjoyed it. Our friends had the 8oz Riva Burger and loved it although it is quite a size and the Hake which was on the specials board and again beautifully cooked by the Head Chef Daniel. The wine list is extensive but after chatting with Simon we ordered Baron de Baussac Viognier and Languedoc-Roussilon and they were divine. I know when you go to a Restaurant you expect great food which we certainly received but I have to say that the service and whole experience was fantastic. The Team were very attentive but also warm and friendly and their care factor was exemplary. It's great to support a local Business but it is made an awful lot easier when you have such an amazing experience. We will certainly be back!

Great quality food for a more upscale version of a British lunch. The scallops were outstanding so was the T bone steak in particular as cooked to perfection, but was all great. Lovely restaurant in Hale village and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

The best roast dinner ever. Angela and Oliver were welcoming and attentive. The manager is so welcoming, snd she has such lovely staff. The food was fab. Best in Hale and we've been to all of the others. A hidden gem. If you've never been, your missing a treat. Nice things come in small boxes. Superb in every way

Fantastic little Italian place, the food is delicious I had the pistachio pancetta pasta and it was fabulous. Hubby had the cheese & tomato ragu filled pasta which was stunning, breads and cheese for starters were really tasty the chilli cheese was yum! Desert was really good too, kinder stuffed donut and pistachio cannolli, all freshly made, the restaurant had laid back family vibes, even a kids small play area with a few toys and books in its perfect for date night or if you can't get a babysitter take the smalls along with you! Will definitely be visiting again 😘

Etna is an absolute treasure! 💎 We visited as a group of four and felt warmly welcomed from the moment we walked in. The arancini was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted—crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. The pasta dishes were perfection, each one a delicious masterpiece! And the desserts? Simply heavenly! The tiramisu was so rich and delicious, and the cannoli, filled with creamy ricotta, felt like a little taste of Sicily. The warm atmosphere and attentive service made the evening even more special. A truly unforgettable meal—we can’t wait to return! 🎉

I recently visited Bar Etna in Altrincham with my friend R., and it was an absolutely delightful experience! I enjoyed a refreshing Goji tea and a delicious raviola, a typical ricotta sweet that was simply divine for breakfast (I suggest sicilian cannoly as well). Chiara, the owner, was incredibly charming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I particularly loved how family-friendly the place is—great for kids too! I highly recommend Bar Etna for a cosy and welcoming breakfast spot. But as well lunch for sandwiches and dinn and dinner. I also just discovered they may do catering as well for celebrations! Will definitely be returning soon!Thank you, Chiara and team, for a wonderful start to our day!

Finally found an authentic italian near to home. The menu is small but each dish takes me back to sicilly. Highly recommend the spinach & ricotta ravioli and also the pasta etna, with a kick of Nduja. My daughter had lasagne which has a rich beef ragu. Well deserved of the current 5 star rating.

Excellent Italian restaurant. Staff are attentive and food is lovely. Very reasonably priced. I look forward to my next visit to Coco's 🤩.

Fantastic quality food, impeccable friendly service - a must visit

Really enjoyed our trip to Cocos, the food was incredible, the staff were awesome and accommodated the toddlers in our group very well! Bill came out very reasonable as well! Good quality food and a decent price!

We were actually meant to go somewhere else tonight but they failed to mention they were shutting early so we decided on Cocos instead as it had been recommended to us by friends. Safe to say we are very glad it turned out this way as Coco's is now our new favourite. The food was insanely good, nicest pasta i think ive ever had... The service was impeccable, our waiter was called shaharm(sorry if I have misspelt this) we were the last table in but it never felt rushed. They still even asked us if we wanted puddings but we were too full. We will certainly be back. Thank you :)

The restaurant looks nice, the service was good. Plenty of paid street parking available right in front of the place. The food was okay, just the amount of spice used was a bit strong for my taste, others might like. But I really enjoyed the grilled Halloumi.

A lovely place for a mezza lunch. We had a relaxing long lunch at Yara due to excellent dishes and intuitive service. I'm not able to comment on the main meals (though will definitely return to try them!), but the dishes we did order reminded me of Beirut. I didn't even need to add anything to the tabouli! There was a birthday when we were there and the staff made it fun for the group celebrating. It was easy to park and pay on the street just outside of the restaurant. Shukran ekteer!

Excellent food and wine at reasonable prices. Staff were attentive and friendly. Lebanese white wine was very enjoyable.

All the food are delicious, but the staff are not that friendly. But we will come again for the food.
