A really thorough quiz which considers a variety of science terms and processes as part of the multiple choice, encouraging further learning or checking when the answers are revealed at the end of the test. Accessible, friendly and enjoyable. Just enough questions around the specific topics, enough to not become overbearing or confusing. Although I think that for GCSE, it may need to be a bit more challenging. Maybe there could be challenging levels to select and pass as part of the quizzing. Thank you.

Mr and Mrs Awan have been such amazing teachers to my children! Both of my children have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mr and Mrs Awan. They were caring, kind and encouraging and our children loved going. Our initial reason for going was to help them with their general school work. At Kip McGrath they got the individual attention that they needed to improve and were also gently nudged to make sure that they pushed out of their comfort zone to achieve more than they thought possible. We soon saw the benefits at school. They also supported our children in the run into Kent Test. Again they helped without making our children feel pressured. Just a fantastic experience which led to the outcome that we all wanted. Thank you both very much!

We have been attending the centre since June 2021. Mr and Mrs Awan provide a calm, productive work environment and are very patient, there is a genuine sincerity in their care. The work is mainly computer based in small groups and lessons are designed for a student’s individual ability and aimed to build confidence as they progress. Mr and Mrs Awan have brilliant learning techniques and help students to understand how to answer questions correctly. The centre can cater for helping students study towards the Kent test but are also very helpful to students with learning difficulties who may need extra support. Mr and Mrs Awan share years of teaching experience in schools but now provide this tutoring programme which is reassuring for students and parents. I thoroughly recommend this centre.

I cannot recommend Claire and the Set4success team enough - they made my daughter feel welcome and comfortable immediately and their efforts helped her immensely. By the time the Kent Test came around her confidence was through the roof. We’ll be back again when the time comes for our youngest.

We began with Set4Success in September, a full year before the 11+ exams, scheduling twice-weekly sessions with one of their outstanding teachers, Xavier. Thanks to his guidance, our son also achieved an A* in 5th grade for Maths and English, setting a strong foundation for passing the 11+ exam in year 6. The team at Set4Success is incredibly supportive, genuinely invested in each child's success, and offers ample mock exam opportunities to monitor progress and build confidence. Our son passed his Kent Test with ease, and we’re truly grateful for the team’s flexibility and understanding, especially as we approached the final exam. Xavier's dedication has maximized our son's learning, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommended! 💓👏🙌

My Daughter went to set4success for 11+ tuition and passed this year. It's a lovely, relaxed learning environment that she really enjoys going to, inspired to learn through the lovely teacher and grammar school students. We are going to continue having lessons until year 7 as it has really supplemented primary school and is a great confidence boost! What's more my Daughter has asked herself to continue as she enjoys it so much! It's been wonderful watching her grow in confidence and has done her an absolute power of good!! Mr C was an excellent tutor. He was very welcoming and my daughter enjoyed all her lessons with him. He made lessons fun for her - we still play some of the games he taught her - and he was very good at explaining topics that she found difficult. She retained all the information he gave her. He was happy to tailor classes according to her needs. He was also very generous in terms of his time and with work materials as well. I highly recommend him.

My son has been attending explore for the past few months and we have definitely noticed an improvement with his progress. School can be quite overwhelming for our son but we have found the team in Ashford very supportive and inclusive with our child. They adapt his sessions to best support his learning needs so he can get the best out of each sessions. We Would definitely recommend explore to other families.

Both my children attended in centre and online Compass sessions. My son completed the 11+ package and while there was frustrations with the package content and occasional online issues, the staff were always eager to help. My son had some great tutors, Taryn, Ben, Maddison are just a few that always made him feel relaxed and calm. In addition I cannot even begin to explain how much they accommodate families last minute changes or even the occasion where you have forgotten a session completely. My experience of the managers (Sian, Katie & Taryn) has been 100% positive; they are patient, polite and helpful. Both my children passed their Kent Test with good marks. Thank you 😊

My daughter has been attending Explore Ashford for a few months now and loves every minute of it! The tutors interact with the children with such enthusiasm and bring a different concept to learning - Elise can’t wait to attend every lesson and her confidence has improved tenfold. I would highly recommend Explore learning for any child. It is also a great insight for parents on how their children are achieving as the tutors keep you updated every session, via mail and by 121 update meetings. I feel I understand my child’s strengths and challenges more now which I wouldn’t have previously known about from her school. Thank you to all at explore 5* all the way!!

We've been using the Kumon Maths and English programmes at the Canterbury centre for more than five years. The Kumon team at Canterbury have been fantastic in supporting my child's learning and have helped my child develop a systematic approach to learning and have helped build confidence in studies. The Kumon system has a tailored approach where the pace of learning is set by the child, rather than a one size fits all. Our experience has been very positive. Highly recommended.

Marolyn is a fantastic experienced tutor. My daughter came to Marolyn late on however she knew exactly what to work on and I knew that having Marolyn would give my daughter the best possible chance of passing. I have found out today my daughter has passed both the Shepway and Kent test. I would 100 percent recommend!

Marolyn is an excellent tutor. My daughter came to her late in the year and was behind following lockdown. Marolyn quickly assessed where she needed help and worked hard to get her to level she needed to be at. Despite the short amount of time available Marolyn managed to successfully help my daughter to pass the Kent test. My 6 year old has now started with her as well. I would recommend her services 100%

Fiona taught my daughter for 'A' level English. She was thorough, patient , knowledgeable and made the lessons fun! The time that she took to ensure that all of the assessment criteria was covered, was second to none. My daughter was nine marks off hitting the maximum mark in one of the modules taught by Fiona. I have now gone on to recommend her to many friends for GCSE and A level teaching. You will not find a tutor who will invest as much time into your child's lessons as Fiona.
