Whole experience was very pleasant. communicated via whatsapp and received email quote. Joe came on time and was very easy to talk to. He got on with the job and had our shower replaced very quickly. He took away all the rubbish and went through how to use the new one and get the best out of it . Highly recommended

When I spoke to Lee and explained what the problem was (blocked bathroom toilet) he was very helpful. Ben and Preston came shortly after and quickly resolved the problem. Same day service. A job well done. I found both Ben and Preston knowledgeable, efficient and easy to get along with. After fixing the problem they tidied up after and left my bathroom clean. We recently had a great team from F&P Plumbing and heating come and replace an old boiler with another newer system. From start to finish we received great service. Cam was an excellent worker, he was very thorough and helpful. Answered all our questions and was very polite. The work was completed to a very high standard. Great service received from F & P Plumbing. Josh fitted our boiler a few years ago and did a great job. He first provided us with a competitive quote and answered all of our queries, then fitted the new boiler as agreed. He was very professional and helpful and also replaced some garage roof tiles at the same time (as a result of the boiler swap). Other plumbers said we would have to sort this ourselves. F&P did the whole job which we were very pleased about. Josh has since come back every year to service our boiler. Louise on reception is always helpful and another plumber Dave also helped us promptly to reset our boiler when we had a gas leak on the street by sending us a video to show us how to do this. I was personally very grateful as I was recovering from cancer treatment that day and couldn’t face that issue alone. Dave’s response was fast and efficient without having to get a plumber to visit. Highly recommended. Managed to fit us in for an urgent repair due to leak in our pipework which stopped our boiler working in a week of extreme cold weather. Thanks to the admin team for finding a way to fit us in and David for fixing our problem, it is very much appreciated. We have used them previously for boiler services and always found them to be helpful, polite and reliable.

Manol and his wife managed the bathroom renovation project together and they are both very friendly and helpful. They responded to messages super quickly and gave us good advice when we were choosing all our new bathroom supplies, and they also drove us to pick up the tiles and Manol picked up other supplies for us which was helpful. Jonida was great at keeping everything organised and keeping track of the receipts and payments. The tiles and all the fittings look really nice and we are happy with the result! Manol has also replaced all our radiators and installed the new ones and they look lovely.

MK did a fantastic job for us replacing a small bathroom. They had to take everything back to scratch and were excellent. Very reliable, high quality work and beautiful tiling. We are extremely happy with the work and definitely recommend. The quote was accurate and I was informed beforehand of additional costs.

Not used the company prior to this morning. Manol agreed to come out for an emergency leak in the busiest season. He has done a marvellous job not only of fixing the leak but also tidying the rest of the sink set up as well as checking for any other leaks. Job looks very professional and is value for money too. Lee is a brilliant plumber, who saved me hundreds of pounds, by repairing several old taps, which other plumbers had insisted needed replacing. He is extremely proficient, friendly and enthusiastic and clearly focussed on delivering the best outcome for his customers. He arrived exactly when promised, charged exactly what was quoted, was extremely respectful of my property and responsive to any special requirements, and left my bathrooms spotless and my taps sparkling, like new. He is definitely my new plumber of choice and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him highly!

Very professional service, highly recommended. I called Jack and sent some pictures via. Whatsapp. He quickly identified the issue and was able to complete it the same day. Our leaky valve was replaced and our heating system is working much better.

Jack provided excellent service on two toilets with problem cisterns. The back to wall toilet needed a full service which Jack provided at a very reasonable price. Work completed promptly and without any problems. Highly recommended!

AB Plumbing are 2nd to none. We have used them for smaller jobs such as fixing an outside tap and servicing the boiler and have always been happy. Booked a boiler service , was told price and booked in straight away . Adam, arrived started servicing the boiler. We live in a park home so LPG gas had low pressure. Adam phoned Calor gas , arranged for them to come out the same day. He sorted it all out for me . Polite , gets on with the job, no mess . Would highly recommend AB plumbing . AB Plumbing fitted a new boiler for me. The team were professional, polite & responsive. It transpired that we had low gas pressure and Adam liaised with the council to get this sorted out, turning what could have been a saga for me into a non-event. Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!
