I collared Mark leaving my neighbours house as I had a leaking boiler. He was friendly polite and knowledgeable and sorted the problem straight away. I have nothing negative to add, just grateful he could sort the issue so quickly.

Mark came out to diagnose and fix the issue we were having with our underfloor heating within hours of calling him. He was punctual, friendly and very knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Summit Plumbing & Heating again!

Thrilled with the work Mark from Summit has done on my radiators that were barely coming on with my ancient boiler. He rebalanced them and got rid of air pockets that were trapped. Now they're coming on hot and he's reasonably priced for his time and expertise. Friendly, professional, reliable and helpful in educating me on all things heating. I’m very grateful to Gee and his team for the plumbing and heating work done in our home. We needed various upgrades and repairs to the central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. GD plumbing are highly professional services. They have done a bathroom installation in the utility room, under staircse toilet installation, a few radiators installations me. The complex shower system and all the hot and cold water plumbing and electrics have been done to high standards. The tiling and doors etc are also done with high aesthetic standards. They have been very reliable and approachable for any issues afterwards. All the work was finished in short period as promised. I will highly recommend them.

Needed a boiler replacement urgently. We also had very slow water from our taps and sinks along with the issue of the water getting cold within minutes. Spoke to a gentleman Genti. He was very professional and booking him was very simple. Sent over some photos and he was down the very same day to inspect the job. Boiler was installed with a hot water tank within 3 days with full gas safe certificate and all warranties registered. Never had an issue with water or heating since. Booked a boiler service , was told price and booked in straight away . Adam, arrived started servicing the boiler. We live in a park home so LPG gas had low pressure. Adam phoned Calor gas , arranged for them to come out the same day. He sorted it all out for me . Polite , gets on with the job, no mess . Would highly recommend AB plumbing . Kenan was efficient, polite, tidy and swift. Our bath tap needed replacing and after a couple of photos to assess the job, a price was agreed and he arrived the next day. If it was an emergency I suspect he would have arrived sooner but it was not that much of an emergency. He kept us updated throughout the process and let us know when he was running late due to a prior job. I would not hesitate to use him again.

We had a emergency leak of the boiler pipes in our flat and contacted Supreme gas and plumbing who were able to arrange a visit in within a couple of hours! Keenan was very professional and sorted the leak very quickly as well as booking us in for a follow up visit to service the boiler as well. We were very pleased with the service from Hancox Gas and Plumbing. They installed a new boiler for us and kindly moved the location, replacing old pipes (which resembled a level of Mario Bro’s) and simplified it. In a nutshell, very professional and well organised company who I would definitely use again.

Hancox have just replaced my old central heating boiler with a new combi boiler. Their engineers Rob and Luke carried out the work efficiently and skillfully, tidying up as they went. They worked tirelessly and professionally and I was amazed at the amount of work they put in. The new pipework in my airing cupboard is a work of art, so much so that my husband took a photo to show people at his work. I am undergoing treatment for breast cancer at the moment and Hancox had promised to carry out the work as quickly as they could to minimise the time I was without heat whilst I'm vulnerable. They exceeded my expectations. I had a lump in my throat when Rob and Luke came back from getting some materials with some heaters for me to borrow that night to keep the house warm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hancox and will certainly use them again.

Have been using This company to service my gas boiler/ plumbing repairs for the last 3 years and have always had excellent service at a reasonable price. Yesterday I had the latest annual service carried out but also arranged for the engineer to replace my bathroom basin tap with one I had bought myself. Unfortunately my new tap was the wrong type so the engineer went and bought another one and fitted this. This was exceptional service. The engineer was also punctual, friendly and very professional. He also left everything very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this company.
