I needed a new gas cooker installed and Saboor did a great job installing the new cooker and performing a gas check before and after. We also had a small leak which he picked up quickly and fixed it. Also came out on a Sunday as I urgently needed the new cooker installed so all thumbs up for Saboor and highly recommended him.

Had an issue with my boiler on a Sunday and needed an emergency call-out. Adam from PowerPlus Heating arrived promptly and did a fantastic job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got my heating and hot water back up and running. I called Powerplus heating for an emergency call out (my hot water was not turning on) and with the cold weather it essential. They sent out an engineer who managed to diagnose, resolve and fix the issue within an hour! -Impressive service and great workmanship. Power Plus Heating installed a new boiler in one of my properties. From enquiry to completion the process took less than a week. More than pleased with the job. I noticed a foul odor coming from my drains, indicating a possible sewer line problem. Daniel has done a thorough check and identified a blockage in the main line. They cleaned it efficiently, restoring proper drainage and eliminating odor.

Requested to have an under the sink water filter installed, Daniel was able to do this quickly, without fuss. Left the place clean and tidy. Stuck to the date he said he could make. Would recommend and book again!

I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

We used optimal plumbing to renovate our holiday home bathroom,we trusted Ryan and Adam with the keys the work was great and they left the place spotless, it’s the second time we’ve used optimal would not hesitate to recommend also the price was reasonable considering the distance.

Ryan and Adam took on quite a challenging job renovating our bathroom and at very short notice during a busy period before Christmas. They were very responsive and efficient, and incredibly hard working. Quite a few issues popped up through the process (such as discovering we had asbestos pipes) that they helped us with. We are really happy with the results and will use these guys again.

I’m very grateful to Gee and his team for the plumbing and heating work done in our home. We needed various upgrades and repairs to the central heating, hot water and underfloor heating. GD plumbing are highly professional services. They have done a bathroom installation in the utility room, under staircse toilet installation, a few radiators installations me. The complex shower system and all the hot and cold water plumbing and electrics have been done to high standards. The tiling and doors etc are also done with high aesthetic standards. They have been very reliable and approachable for any issues afterwards. All the work was finished in short period as promised. I will highly recommend them.

Outstanding. Gee and the team did an outstanding job replacing our kitchen flooring, removing our kitchen island and reassembling to do a “propper job”. We just trusted them to get on with the job and came back to an immaculate kitchen. Gee has also conducted work for us in the past with plumbing and can always be relied upon for a fair quote and honest service.

We had quite a complicated job moving from 2 old boilers to one new system and also some bathroom plumbing works. The team were great from first visit to assess our options through to Chris and Gaz who completed the work finding solutions to minimise the visibility of the additional pipework required. Don't let the old and tired decor put you off from going inside. I've always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help/guide. The prices are so so competitive, and I've returned unused items (within a reasonable amount of time) without any quibbles. I'm not a trades person, but I do a fair bit of DIY, and have purchased everything from nails to Acetate/Silicone. It's very rare not to be able to find a product there. Even in those instances, the staff can source the product for you or direct you to a store where you can acquire the item. The only slight downside is that there is hardly any parking.

Very friendly and helpful hardware shop that gives good advice, good prices too.
