James, was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He came to the house 4 times, to check bait boxes. He wouldn't take any payment until certain that the vermin had gone. I would definitely use him again, although hopefully I won't have to.

I'm very happy with the service from R & J Services. I got a prompt call back from my enquiry and arranged for them to visit the next day. James was friendly, knowledgeable and discrete. He explained everything he was doing. He came to the house a total of 3 times, to check activity, bait boxes, traps and block holes. Payment was not due until the problem was dealt with. I had a very pleasing first experience of using RJ Services to clear a wasps nest which had appeared by our front door. Prompt answering of phone and able to give us same day service. They visited our property when indicated and very efficiently treated the wasps nest.Friendly and professional people to do business with.
